Parser is looking for a dedicated Programme Manager to help coordinate and drive key initiatives across the organization. What you'll do
- Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver initiatives on schedule and within the defined scope of each programme.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, and deliverables for multiple concurrent workstreams across the organization.
- Coordinate with engineering, product, and design teams to align on priorities, timelines, and expected outcomes for each initiative.
- Track programme progress consistently and report status updates to leadership and external stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Identify potential risks and blockers early in the process and propose practical mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Facilitate regular team meetings and maintain thorough documentation to ensure alignment and shared understanding across all participants.
- Manage resource allocation and workload distribution across team members, partners, and external vendors to maximize efficiency and output.
- Support the definition of programme goals and measurable success metrics in close collaboration with senior leadership and sponsors.
- Drive continuous process improvements to increase efficiency in how projects are planned, reviewed, and ultimately executed across teams.
- Serve as a central point of contact for all programme-related questions, concerns, and escalations from internal and external parties.
- Maintain updated and accurate records of programme decisions, scope changes, and final outcomes for future reference and learning.
- Help onboard new team members and provide essential context on ongoing initiatives, objectives, and the broader programme vision.
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to forecast budgets, monitor spending, and ensure programmes remain within approved allocations.
- Organize and present programme reviews to leadership, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommended next steps for continued progress.
- Ensure that all programme documentation, including plans and reports, follows established templates and meets the company's quality standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing programmes or projects in a professional environment with a track record of delivering measurable results.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously and adapt to changing demands without difficulty.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with diverse internal and external stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables without requiring constant oversight or step-by-step guidance from others.
- Comfort with ambiguity and the capacity to adapt plans quickly as business priorities shift or new information becomes available.
- Attention to detail and a consistent habit of documenting processes, decisions, and outcomes thoroughly for transparency and accountability.

- A degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field is expected and will be considered alongside professional background.
