What you'll do
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for senior and critical roles across the organization
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles for each opening
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future business needs across departments
- Design and implement strategies to attract top-tier candidates in a competitive talent market
- Coach and mentor junior recruiters on best practices and effective hiring techniques
- Analyze hiring data and metrics to improve recruitment outcomes and team performance over time
- Represent the company at industry events and professional networks to build brand awareness
- Manage and nurture relationships with external recruitment agencies and staffing partners

Requirements
- Proven track record of leading talent acquisition functions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- A strong understanding of recruitment best practices and modern hiring methodologies is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels
- Experience managing and developing high-performing recruitment teams in a professional and supportive setting
- A demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics tools is essential for this role
- A degree in human resources, business, or a related academic field is expected
- Minimum of several years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or recruiting leadership roles
- Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and the capacity to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
