FP&A Manager - Operations
Job description
About the role
The FP&A Manager
Operations at Pair Eyewear is a pivotal role designed for a strategic thinker who thrives on owning the financial performance of the business. This position is responsible for becoming the definitive expert on the end-to-end cost structure, bridging the gap between manufacturing reality and financial forecast. You will own the entire cost lifecycle, from the bill of materials and supplier pricing all the way through freight, duties, fulfillment, and inventory reserves that ultimately define gross margin. The role requires deep partnership with Supply Chain and Operations to build the financial visibility needed to make confident, data-driven decisions at scale. You will be the primary builder of cost models and the owner of recurring deliverables that directly influence the company's profitability. This is a high-ownership position on a very lean team, requiring the ability to translate complex operational data into clear narratives for executive stakeholders. You will be instrumental in surfacing opportunities to improve unit economics as the company scales its global presence.
