Sr. Manager, Category Strategy & Analysis
Job description
Sr. Manager, Category Strategy & Analysis at Hims And Hers.
About the role
This role owns the analytical strategy that defines how Hims wins in its core categories of Sexual Health (ED/PE), Testosterone, and Hair. You will act as the primary strategic thought partner to the General Manager, owning the logic and evidence behind every major category decision. The position requires you to synthesize complex data streams into a single, coherent narrative that guides investment and sequencing across the business. You will be responsible for defining the future shape of the Hims portfolio by sizing white spaces and quantifying trade-offs with rigorous frameworks. This is a role that bridges the gap between raw data and executive-level strategic bets. You will ensure that the category roadmap is not just aspirational but grounded in defensible analysis and clear opportunity sizing. By challenging assumptions and clarifying priorities, you will make the path to better health outcomes more measurable and more actionable for the entire organization.
