What you'll do

• Conduct risk assessments and translate findings into concrete requirements that shape the design of user interfaces and backend services for the AI data lifecycle, including capture, labelling, training, and operator workflows.
• Work with AI teams to prototype, test, and ship user-facing features, continuously balancing user experience against product and engineering constraints while maintaining clean, maintainable code.
• Develop responsive web applications using React, TypeScript, Redux, Ant Design, and CSS to ensure consistent behavior and layout across devices and use cases.
• Perform backend development in Python, implementing services and integrations that reliably support the AI data pipeline and operator interfaces.
• Build, deploy, test, and maintain clean user interfaces while owning the full stack layer, including database interactions with PostgreSQL and containerization with Docker.
• Execute risk assessments for new capabilities, defining acceptance criteria and validation steps that prevent production incidents and support safe rollouts.
• Close the loop between design, product, and operations by validating implementations against requirements, documenting behavior, and coordinating fixes when user-facing issues appear.
• Improve systems by introducing maintainable patterns in React, Python, and related tools, supported by version control practices in Git and container workflows in Docker.
• Partner with AI specialists and cross-functional stakeholders to align user-facing behavior with model capabilities, data quality standards, and operational limits.
• Communicate clearly in English during planning, review, and retrospective discussions, ensuring that technical decisions and trade-offs are understood across international teams.

Requirements

• Have over four years of professional experience in full-stack software development, demonstrating consistent delivery of production-grade features.
• Show a proven track record in designing, developing, and maintaining complex full-stack applications that serve real users in production.
• Bring strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional international team.
• Demonstrate advanced proficiency in front-end development with React and CSS, expertise in Python, solid understanding of database technologies such as PostgreSQL, and practical experience with Docker containerization.
• Hold experience or strong familiarity with the technology stack including React, TypeScript, Redux, Python, PostgreSQL, and Ant Design.

Nice to have

• Have experience developing software for resource-constrained environments such as Raspberry Pi, including writing efficient code and debugging on limited hardware.
• Show prior exposure to WebAssembly and sandboxed environments, including considerations around performance, security, and integration.
• Have experience working with low-level hardware such as Linux single-board computers or GPUs, including driver awareness and integration challenges.
• Have previous experience in a startup environment, navigating fast iteration, ambiguous requirements, and multi-role ownership.
