Translate ambiguous business problems into clear creative briefs, outlining objectives, constraints, and success metrics that guide cross-functional teams toward shared outcomes.

Contribute to the development of internal methodologies, templates, and playbooks that elevate the standard of performance creative work across the organization and its client portfolio.
Act as a bridge between commercial strategy and creative execution, ensuring that every initiative supports sustainable growth, stronger customer relationships, and long-term brand value.
Participate in the creation of persuasive proposals, pitch materials, and client presentations that clearly communicate the value of creative strategies in driving measurable business results.

Requirements
You possess a Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Fine Arts, or a related discipline, with a demonstrated track record of applying theoretical knowledge to practical creative challenges.
You bring a minimum of eight years of professional experience in creative roles, with a strong portfolio that showcases your ability to develop strategic, audience-focused work for performance-driven environments.
You have a proven history of collaborating effectively within cross-functional, remote teams, demonstrating maturity, empathy, and clarity in written and verbal communication.
You are fluent in English, both written and verbal, and capable of articulating complex creative concepts to diverse stakeholders with precision and confidence.
You hold a deep understanding of e-commerce dynamics, customer journey optimization, and conversion-focused design principles, with specific familiarity with Shopify platforms and related tooling.
You exhibit strong analytical thinking, using data and qualitative insights to inform creative decisions, challenge assumptions, and validate hypotheses through structured testing.
You are comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced growth environment, taking initiative, managing competing priorities, and maintaining high standards under tight deadlines.
