About the role
You will own the end to end lifecycle of data analysis for our product and customer facing functions, translating ambiguous business questions into structured analytical plans. You will design and maintain key product and customer dashboards that provide real time visibility into usage patterns, adoption trends, and health metrics for stakeholders worldwide. You will partner closely with product managers and customer success teams to define metrics, validate hypotheses, and measure the impact of initiatives on user behavior and business outcomes. You will act as the primary data storyteller for the organization, turning complex data sets into clear narratives that guide strategic decisions and prioritize roadmap investments. You will build reusable analytical frameworks and data models that scale across teams, ensuring consistency, transparency, and trust in the insights produced. You will champion data quality and governance, establishing best practices for documentation, lineage, and metadata management across the analytics stack. You will continuously experiment with new analytical techniques and tooling to improve forecasting, cohort analysis, and experimentation support for future initiatives. You will serve as a bridge between technical and non technical stakeholders, ensuring that insights are accessible, actionable, and aligned with the broader goals of the business.

What you'll do
Investigate and interpret complex product and customer data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement using a methodical analytical approach.
Develop and deploy dashboards, reports, and visualizations that track product usage, customer journeys, and key performance indicators across multiple touchpoints.
Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical problems, defining metrics, logic, and validation criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
Execute ad hoc analyses and deep dives to support decision making, providing timely answers and recommendations to cross functional teams.
Perform cohort and segment analysis to understand user behavior across different dimensions, enabling targeted product and marketing strategies.
Design and maintain data models, calculations, and logic in analytics tools to ensure accuracy, scalability, and clarity of insights.
Partner with product managers and customer success teams to define experiments, establish baselines, and measure impact through quantitative analysis.
Establish and monitor product and customer health metrics, creating early warning systems for performance degradation and opportunities.
Document analytical workflows, definitions, and assumptions to ensure transparency, reproducibility, and ease of use for downstream consumers.
Champion data literacy across the organization by supporting stakeholders in interpreting results and building their own data driven capabilities.
Collaborate with engineering and data infrastructure teams to improve data quality, pipeline reliability, and integration with analytics platforms.
Explore new data sources and analytical techniques to enhance forecasting, personalization, and customer lifetime value initiatives over time.
Contribute to the broader data strategy of the organization by sharing best practices, tooling recommendations, and insights from your analyses.
Support the continuous improvement of reporting processes, optimizing performance, scalability, and user experience for internal dashboards.
Act as an ambassador for data driven decision making, promoting evidence based discussions and reducing reliance on intuition only debates.
Requirements
You possess a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field, with a strong foundation in analytical methods.
You have proven experience working as a data analyst, business analyst, or in a similar role where you leveraged data to drive business decisions.
You demonstrate advanced proficiency in SQL, including writing complex queries, joins, aggregations, window functions, and performance optimization.
You are highly skilled in at least one analytics and visualization tool, such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker, with a strong ability to design effective dashboards.
You show strong command of a programming language for data analysis, such as Python or R, including experience with data manipulation and statistical analysis libraries.
You have a solid understanding of statistical concepts, enabling you to apply descriptive and inferential statistics to analyze data and test hypotheses.
You have experience working with large data sets and data warehouses, understanding data modeling concepts, dimensional design, and ETL principles.
You communicate effectively in English, both in writing and verbally, and can translate technical findings into clear insights for non technical audiences.
Nice to have
Experience with cloud based analytics platforms, such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift, and familiarity with data warehousing concepts.
Familiarity with customer data platforms, product analytics tools, and event driven data models.
Experience with version control for data and analytics pipelines, including the use of Git and data orchestration frameworks.
Knowledge of data governance, privacy, and compliance considerations related to customer data and analytics usage.
Practical notes
This position is fully remote, offering flexibility in work location and hours while maintaining regular collaboration with global teams.
Candidates based in Brasília, Federal District, Brazil are preferred due to alignment with operational and time zone requirements.
The selected professional will be expected to work within standard business hours to ensure effective coordination with clients and teams across different regions.
No travel is required for this role, though occasional participation in virtual meetings and workshops may be requested as part of project deliverables.
Candidates must be eligible to work remotely from Brazil without requiring additional visa sponsorship for this position.
