We are currently recruiting for a Creative Strategist focused on performance-driven creative initiatives. This individual will be responsible for supporting customer acquisition and overall business growth. Collaboration with the Creative, Growth, and Paid Media teams is essential. The role requires the translation of performance data, customer insights, and market trends into compelling concepts, strategic briefs, and structured testing plans.

Challenging assumptions is a key part of the role. This involves interpreting emerging patterns and adjusting creative direction to achieve better outcomes.
The responsibilities of this role include several key functions. You will design intake rituals to clarify objectives, audiences, and constraints before any concept is drafted. You will construct story frameworks that align with channel rules, product claims, and performance targets to ensure scalability. Required Qualifications and Experience
