- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, building relationships and representing Olsson with expertise and professionalism.
- Assist team members in understanding how their technical roles contribute to the broader goals and strategic direction of both the Substation & Power Generation team and the organization as a whole.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout project execution, maintaining the highest quality of work.
- Mentor junior staff and promote knowledge sharing within the team to elevate overall performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate cross-functional insights into project planning and execution.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to incorporate innovative practices into the team's workflow.
Requirements
- Exceptional leadership and management skills, with a strong emphasis on communication.

- Extensive experience in process development and resource management, ensuring consistency across project teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and resolve issues.
- Proven ability to engage with personnel at all levels of the organization, fostering a culture of transparency and collaboration.
- At least four years of experience supervising technical staff, showcasing your capability to lead teams with varying levels of expertise.
- A minimum of eight years of relevant technical experience in substation design or high-voltage electrical infrastructure.
- A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, engineering technology, or a related field is preferred; however, an associate degree combined with equivalent experience will also be considered.
