Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field is essential.
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in railroad bridge and structure design projects is required.
- In-depth knowledge of railroad bridge design principles, structural analysis methodologies, and industry standards is necessary.
- Proven experience in leading technical design initiatives and coordinating project deliverables effectively.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving capabilities are crucial for success in this role.
- A demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain robust client relationships is essential.
- A Professional Engineering (P.E.) license is mandatory for this position.
