Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field is essential.
• A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in railroad bridge and structure design projects is required.
• In-depth knowledge of railroad bridge design principles, structural analysis methodologies, and industry standards is necessary.
• Proven experience in leading technical design initiatives and coordinating project deliverables effectively.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving capabilities are crucial for success in this role.
• A demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain robust client relationships is essential.
• A Professional Engineering (P.E.) license is mandatory for this position.
