Key facts
What you'll do
Conduct proactive research into clients, industries, and evolving advertising trends to identify new sales opportunities and inform strategic recommendations.
Prepare media plans, proposals, and campaign recommendations that align with Ogury's Persona Intelligence technology and brand objectives.
Support the creation of presentations, sales materials, and market insights tailored for agency and advertiser stakeholders.
Maintain CRM records and sales administration processes to ensure data accuracy and pipeline visibility.
Monitor campaign delivery and performance metrics, escalating issues promptly to ensure objectives are met.
Assist in the coordination of creative assets and campaign requirements to facilitate smooth campaign launches.
Develop post-campaign reports and analyses that evaluate performance against client objectives and success metrics.
Support the production of Quarterly Business Reviews and client meetings, contributing data and insights that drive discussion.
Collaborate with Ad Operations and Client Services teams to resolve workflow gaps and ensure seamless cross-functional execution.
Capture client feedback during interactions and synthesize insights for internal teams to refine strategies and improve experiences.
Assist in identifying campaign successes and client needs to support renewal and rebooking opportunities.
Produce timely campaign reports and performance summaries that inform strategic decision-making for sales leadership.
Contribute to the development of sales administration processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency across client services.
Support the launch preparation of campaigns alongside Client Services and Operations teams to mitigate risks and delays.
Requirements
You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program and are in your final years of study or recent graduate seeking internship experience.
You possess strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to convey complex ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders.
You demonstrate excellent organizational and time management abilities, thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, for creating professional materials and reports.
You have a keen interest in digital advertising, media, or technology, with a desire to learn about adtech platforms and data-driven strategies.
You are comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team, contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.
You show adaptability and a quick learning curve, eager to absorb new tools, processes, and industry knowledge.
