What You'll Do
Your primary responsibility will be to craft and coordinate internal messages that explain projects and initiatives in clear, accessible language. You will act as a central point for information flow, ensuring that communications from leadership are understood at every level of the organization. This involves coordinating schedules for meetings, updates, and events to align with team availability across different offices. You will gather input from various departments to document current activities and future plans, ensuring that all voices are heard.
A significant part of your role will involve designing concise summaries that highlight project progress, challenges, and next steps for review. You will support the distribution of announcements through appropriate channels and formats, ensuring that the right message reaches the right audience at the right time. Additionally, you will organize content so that key information is easy to locate and understand, enhancing overall internal efficiency. Maintaining accurate records of communications, including decisions, feedback, and follow-up items, will be essential for tracking progress and accountability. Requirements
To be eligible for this internship, you must be at least eighteen years old at the start date. You must have the legal right to work in Spain for the entire duration of the internship and plan to continue your education for at least two years following its completion. A commitment of thirty-five hours per week is required to ensure successful integration into the team. You must also be actively enrolled in an educational program throughout the internship period.
Strong written communication skills are essential, with a keen eye for grammar, structure, and clarity. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required for daily tasks, as cross-border collaboration is a core aspect of the role. These language skills will enable you to communicate effectively with colleagues across Ogury's international offices.
Nice to Have
While not mandatory, prior experience writing for internal audiences and a solid understanding of organizational dynamics would be advantageous.
