Data Engineer
Job description
About the role
You will architect and maintain the data pipelines that power Ogury's Persona Intelligence platform, ensuring the reliability and performance of critical data assets. You will collaborate closely with data scientists and product analysts to translate business questions into robust data solutions that drive informed decision making. You will own the end to end lifecycle of data components, from initial design and implementation through monitoring, optimization, and iterative improvement. You will contribute to defining data standards and best practices that uphold the quality, security, and scalability of our global data ecosystem. You will play a key role in troubleshooting complex data issues, diagnosing root causes, and implementing resilient fixes that minimize business impact. You will mentor junior engineers by providing guidance and code reviews, fostering a culture of continuous learning and shared ownership across the data team. You will partner with cross functional stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify constraints, and deliver solutions that align with strategic business objectives. You will stay current with emerging data technologies and industry trends, evaluating new tools and techniques that can enhance our data infrastructure and competitive edge.
