About the role
You will act as a critical business partner to the CRO Americas and the broader commercial leadership team, influencing long-term execution and investment decisions through data-driven insights. You will shape the region's commercial operating model, territory design, forecasting approach, and incentive frameworks within a fast-growing, dynamic global technology environment. You will translate global corporate strategy into actionable commercial execution plans and deliver market insights, business analysis, and data-driven recommendations to guide regional investment decisions. You will design and optimize operating models that maximize commercial productivity and regional ROI while building and refining account coverage models, territory structures, and sales capacity planning frameworks. You will establish strong pipeline hygiene, sales velocity metrics, and performance management frameworks to ensure consistent execution across the Americas.

What you'll do
Drive the strategic planning process for the Americas region by developing multi-year commercial playbooks that align with Ogury's Persona Intelligence platform vision.
Architect and implement the sales operating model, defining territory boundaries, account segmentation, and coverage strategies to optimize market penetration.
Own the end-to-end revenue forecasting process, transitioning from historical reporting to high-accuracy predictive models that enhance pipeline integrity and decision-making.
Develop Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and data-backed segmentation frameworks that enable precise targeting of high-value audiences across fragmented media landscapes.
Establish comprehensive sales velocity metrics and performance management systems to monitor pipeline health, conversion rates, and sales productivity.
Collaborate with global Salesforce and analytics teams to ensure regional requirements are integrated into the global sales technology roadmap and data architecture.
Partner with the Deal Desk team to optimize commercial frameworks, ensuring contract and campaign profitability aligns with strategic growth objectives.
Design and refine sales capacity planning models to align resource allocation with market opportunity and pipeline commitments.
Lead change management initiatives that drive adoption of new sales processes, tools, and methodologies across the Americas commercial organization.
Own the regional business reporting rhythm, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions that remove constraints on revenue generation and scalability.
Support the development of compensation plans, quota allocation methodologies, and target-setting processes that balance motivation with realistic growth pathways.
Provide executive-level insights and recommendations to the CRO and commercial leadership, using data to inform investment priorities and strategic pivots.
Champion the adoption of persona-based advertising strategies, ensuring Ogury's value proposition resonates with enterprise clients across North and South America.
Build strong relationships with cross-functional partners, aligning sales operations with product, marketing, and customer success to deliver cohesive client experiences.
Act as the primary strategic advisor on all sales operations matters, ensuring alignment between regional needs and global corporate objectives.
Requirements
5+ years of experience within Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, FP&A, Management Consulting, or similar strategic business functions.
Proven track record of increasing responsibility and partnering with senior stakeholders in fast-paced, technology-driven environments.
Experience within technology, SaaS, digital media, marketing, or adtech environments is highly preferred, though not mandatory for consideration.
Strong analytical, data modeling, and problem-solving capabilities to transform complex datasets into clear executive-level insights.
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with comfort presenting to and influencing C-suite executives and senior leadership teams.
A proactive, highly organized self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and can operate autonomously while managing multiple strategic priorities.
Advanced Excel skills and hands-on experience with Salesforce are required for effective reporting, forecasting, and opportunity management.
Experience with analytics and business intelligence tools is necessary to build dashboards, perform cohort analysis, and drive data-informed decisions.
Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information and navigate complex stakeholder landscapes with professionalism and integrity.

Practical notes
This is a full-time position based in New York City.
The role may involve travel within the Americas region to support key clients and cross-functional initiatives.
