About the role
You will coordinate and facilitate the scheduling, logistics, and delivery of global learning programs under the guidance of the Senior Learning Lead. You will support the curation and maintenance of learning resources, ensuring materials are up-to-date and accessible to all Ogurians across regions. You will assist in gathering feedback from participants and stakeholders to refine future learning initiatives and improve overall engagement. You will help promote learning opportunities across internal channels to increase awareness and participation among employees. You will manage basic administrative tasks related to learning events, including registration tracking and post-event follow-ups. You will contribute to the maintenance of learning documentation and ensure compliance with internal data standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand learning needs and support the rollout of targeted training solutions. You will monitor learning metrics and prepare reports that help leadership assess the impact of development programs.
Key facts
What you'll do
Coordinate end-to-end logistics for global learning sessions, including scheduling, invitations, and material preparation.
Support the onboarding and administration of new hires by managing learning checklists and documentation workflows.
Assist in the maintenance and updating of the Learning Management System to ensure accurate course listings and user data.
Help facilitate virtual and in-person workshops by setting up rooms, testing technology, and preparing participant guides.
Gather and organize qualitative and quantitative feedback from learning events to identify trends and improvement areas.
Create and distribute internal communications that highlight upcoming learning opportunities and success stories.
Support the localization of learning content to ensure relevance and clarity across different regions and languages.
Help track learning completion rates and compile data for internal reporting and stakeholder reviews.
Contribute to the development of standardized templates for learning initiatives to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Assist in researching industry learning trends and benchmarking practices to inform future program development.
Support the coordination of guest speakers and panel sessions for special learning events and training programs.
Help manage the learning calendar, ensuring no conflicts and proper alignment with company-wide initiatives.
Support the administration of certification programs and the tracking of professional development records for Ogurians.
Assist in the preparation of decks and summaries for learning reviews with senior leadership and project stakeholders.
Support the testing of new learning tools and platforms to ensure they meet user experience and accessibility standards.
Requirements
You must be currently enrolled in a degree program or recent graduate with a focus on Human Resources, Learning and Development, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
You must possess strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
You must demonstrate excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
You must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and comfortable learning new software tools.
You must have a keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in documentation, data entry, and reporting.
You must be comfortable working independently and as part of a globally distributed team, with strong time management skills.
You must be able to commit to a full 12-month internship in Barcelona, with a minimum of three days per week in the office.
You must have the legal right to work in Spain, and any applicable visa or relocation requirements must be met before starting.
Nice to have
Experience with Learning Management Systems such as Moodle, Cornerstone, or Docebo.
Familiarity with HRIS platforms like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM.
Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or Canva for content preparation.
Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel Pivot Tables or Google Data Studio.
Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Previous exposure to global or cross-cultural learning environments.
Practical notes
This is a 12-month internship based in Barcelona, Spain, requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office.
Travel requirements are not applicable for this role.
Visa sponsorship is available for candidates who qualify and meet all legal requirements for working in Spain.
The internship is open to current students and recent graduates within a 12-month graduation window.
