About the Role

The P2P Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company's Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes. The P2P Manager will be responsible for centralizing the P2P processes and policies across the global organization into a compliant and efficient ecosystem that drives strategic value. The role will manage the team that will support this infrastructure as we continue to grow.

This role owns the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay strategy for Ogury, ensuring alignment between global needs and local execution. This role owns the design, implementation, and continuous optimization of P2P processes to enhance efficiency and compliance. The manager is accountable for establishing robust controls while fostering a culture of transparency and partnership across procurement and finance. They drive the standardization of policies to create a single, scalable framework that supports the business globally. The role involves leading cross-functional initiatives to integrate best practices into the P2P lifecycle. This position is responsible for leveraging data and insights to identify risks, reduce maverick spend, and improve cost management. The P2P Manager will champion the adoption of innovative tools to future-proof the procurement function.

What You'll Do

Implement a global P2P framework that consolidates processes, policies, and tools into a unified ecosystem for Ogury.

Lead the deployment of AI and automation within P2P workflows to accelerate cycle times and minimize manual intervention.

Analyze end-to-end process performance to pinpoint bottlenecks and introduce corrective actions that enhance reliability.

Define and enforce standardized policies that ensure compliance, mitigate risk, and support scalable growth.

Collaborate with Finance and Procurement to reconcile data, validate transactions, and improve financial accuracy.

Optimize the use of ERP and procurement platforms to support strategic sourcing and vendor management initiatives.

Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives and process ownership.

Design and execute process documentation that clarifies workflows, responsibilities, and decision rights.

Monitor key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement and accountability across the P2P function.

Provide leadership and mentorship to the P2P team, fostering development, clarity, and accountability.

Partner with legal and finance to ensure all contractual and regulatory requirements are met across jurisdictions.

Champion a culture of innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies to modernize P2P operations.

Establish governance mechanisms to ensure policy adherence, risk mitigation, and process integrity.

Use data analytics to forecast spend, identify trends, and support more strategic decision-making.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field. Applicants should bring a minimum of 7 years of experience in P2P, Procurement, or a related operational role. You must demonstrate a strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay processes, including sourcing, contracting, invoicing, and payment. Experience managing P2P operations in a multi-country, multi-currency environment is essential. You should have a proven track record of implementing process improvements and driving operational excellence. Strong knowledge of ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms, is required. Proficiency with automation tools, AI applications, and workflow platforms is mandatory. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are required to influence at all levels.

Nice to Have

Experience in a tech or adtech environment where data-driven decision making is critical. Knowledge of compliance frameworks and internal audit processes. Familiarity with agile ways of working and continuous improvement methodologies.

Practical Notes

This is a full-time position based in Barcelona. The role may involve occasional travel within the region to support Ogury offices and partners. Visa sponsorship may be considered for eligible candidates based on role and location requirements.
