About the role
You will act as the primary point of contact for a defined portfolio of client accounts, building strong and trusted relationships that underpin long-term success. This role owns end-to-end campaign delivery, balancing strategic client relationship management with hands-on execution and performance optimization. You will work with moderate autonomy, driving campaigns from setup through optimization while ensuring clients see measurable value from the platform. The position requires close collaboration with Sales, Product, Engineering, and internal teams to align solutions with client goals. You will monitor account health and campaign pacing, proactively identifying risks and issues before they impact results. This role owns the day-to-day success of client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and consistent delivery against agreed objectives. You will bring a consultative mindset to client interactions, translating platform capabilities into clear outcomes. Overall, you will own the full client journey, from onboarding and launch through ongoing optimization and expansion.

What you'll do
Coordinate end-to-end delivery for a portfolio of client campaigns, ensuring alignment with platform capabilities and client expectations.
Own client onboarding processes, guiding new campaigns from setup to launch while establishing a foundation for ongoing success.
Set up, manage, and optimize Programmatic and Managed campaigns to deliver against agreed key performance indicators.
Monitor campaign performance, pacing, and account health, flagging risks and issues early and driving timely resolutions.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and internal stakeholders to coordinate solutions that support client retention and growth.
Deliver client training, insights, and clear performance reporting, including post-campaign analysis and presentation materials.
Interpret campaign data to identify opportunities for optimization, upsell, and expansion within existing client accounts.
Leverage 3rd party ad servers such as DCM and Adform, ad verification tools such as IAS, DV, and MOAT, and SSPs and DSPs such as DV360, TTD, AdForm, and Xandr.
Utilize tag management systems including GTM and Adobe to support campaign implementation and troubleshooting.
Manage multiple campaigns or accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, maintaining quality and deadlines.
Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret performance data and resolve client challenges.
Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders, building relationships and ensuring alignment on objectives.
Maintain high attention to detail and strong organizational skills to track tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
Collaborate across functions, coordinating with multiple teams to deliver successful outcomes and cohesive campaign experiences.
Requirements
You have at least 1-3 years experience managing client accounts in a client-facing, account management, or customer success role.
You demonstrate a proven understanding of digital advertising, campaign management, or programmatic media, which may be gained through practical experience.
You have hands-on experience with 3rd party ad servers such as DCM and Adform, ad verification tools such as IAS, DV, and MOAT, and/or SSPs and DSPs such as DV360, TTD, AdForm, and Xandr.
You are familiar with tag management systems such as GTM and Adobe, showing an ability to implement and troubleshoot tracking solutions.
You have a proven ability to manage multiple campaigns or accounts simultaneously while working in a fast-paced environment.
You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to interpret campaign performance data and draw actionable insights.
You communicate excellently with clients and internal stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and clarity in all interactions.
You show high attention to detail and strong organizational skills, ensuring accuracy in execution and follow-through.
You can collaborate effectively across functions, coordinating with multiple teams and building strong partnerships to achieve shared goals.
You are comfortable working within Ogury's global offices and adhering to company policies, processes, and compliance standards.

Practical notes
This is a full-time position based in London.
The role may require travel between Ogury offices and client sites as needed.
