This role requires you to steer perception for both developer and enterprise segments through data informed decisions and consistent narrative control. You will translate complex protocol level breakthroughs into clear messages that resonate across technical and business audiences. Your work will shape the documentation of our track record in campaign performance and directly influence how our foundational components are perceived in the market. You will act as the strategic voice ensuring that our infrastructure story remains cohesive no matter the channel. This position demands comfort with ambiguity and the ability to turn high level breakthroughs into practical demand generation motion. You will continuously test, measure, and refine programs to ensure that our marketing engine drives awareness, engagement, and pipeline at scale.

What you'll do
Analyze campaign performance data and convert findings into a documented track record that informs future go to market decisions for developer and enterprise segments.
Architect and own the end-to-end marketing motion that connects brand narrative to demand generation across content, paid ads, email, events, and search.
Define and maintain the positioning framework that explains how protocol level infrastructure supports secure, programmable onchain environments.
Partner with product and engineering teams to translate technical milestones into stories that drive awareness and engagement among target organizations.
Design and run experiments across channels, keeping the tactics that move the funnel and discarding the ones that do not.
Build scalable demand generation programs that target both developers building on chain infrastructure and enterprises needing reliable base layers.
Own the creation of core assets such as briefs, launch plans, and performance dashboards that align sales and marketing around shared outcomes.
Establish measurement practices that tie campaign activity to pipeline and revenue impact for infrastructure and blockchain focused buyers.
Champion a culture of testing and learning where weekly experiments are run and results are used to refine future approaches.
Represent Offchain Labs in external forums by shaping narratives around foundational components, security, and programmability for production grade environments.
Collaborate with leadership to define the strategic marketing roadmap that supports long term brand building and demand objectives.
Ensure all marketing initiatives operate within the constraints of authorized work in the United States and a distributed team environment.
Leverage analytics and campaign tools to surface insights that improve targeting, creative, and channel mix over time.
Maintain a clear line of sight between day to day execution and the broader business goals of scaling secure infrastructure adoption.
Requirements
A bachelor's degree is required; Progressive marketing experience in blockchain, infrastructure, or enterprise technology is mandatory for this position.
Authorization to work in the United States and the capacity to operate in a distributed environment are non negotiable for this role.
You must demonstrate the ability to interpret complex technical concepts and convert them into compelling narratives for sophisticated audiences.
Experience building and scaling demand generation programs that influence pipeline and revenue is essential.
You should have a track record of working with data to measure campaign performance and guide optimization decisions.
Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to make decisions with incomplete information are required traits for this role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are required to align cross functional stakeholders and represent Offchain Labs externally.
