Your core mission involves identifying strategic partners whose vision aligns with decentralized infrastructure. You will architect detailed integration plans that connect Offchain technology with specific partner objectives. A deep understanding of how to build on Arbitrum One and its associated stack is required. You must be proficient in working with Prysm and ZeroDev products. • Translate complex technical architectures of Arbitrum, Prysm, and ZeroDev into clear business value propositions for target accounts.
• Coordinate with engineering and product teams to validate technical requirements and ensure seamless integration solutions.
• Architect and present detailed implementation plans for deploying new chains on Arbitrum networks to prospective partners.
• Guide strategic partners through each configuration phase of Arbitrum chains to ensure alignment with their operational goals.
• Document standardized workflows and procedures for deploying and managing Prysm and ZeroDev tools within partner environments.
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to dynamically adjust business development priorities and target accounts.
• Advise internal stakeholders on security protocols and best practices specific to ZeroDev deployments and smart contract interactions.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities to ensure consistent progress toward partnership and revenue goals.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop content that demonstrates the ROI of Offchain infrastructure solutions.
• Represent Offchain Labs in key industry events and technical forums to strengthen brand presence and generate new leads.
• Synthesize feedback from partner deployments to inform product enhancements and future feature development.
• Monitor the performance of existing partnerships to identify growth opportunities and expansion paths.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Layer 2 scaling solutions and their application in enterprise blockchain environments.
• Maintain detailed records of all interactions, decisions, and outcomes to support strategic forecasting and reporting.
• Support the creation of technical proposals and business cases for large-scale enterprise blockchain initiatives.

Requirements

• Must possess three years or more of professional experience in blockchain or web3 development roles.
• Must demonstrate a deep, practical understanding of how to build and deploy applications on Arbitrum One.
• Must be fully proficient in working with Prysm and ZeroDev products and their respective ecosystems.
• Must have the ability to process and interpret complex information related to digital assets and cryptographic primitives.
• Must have prior experience with business development activities in layered or multi-chain blockchain environments.
