- Architect and manage a high-performing team of healthcare Account Executives, owning full-cycle hiring, coaching, and quota attainment for a defined regional segment.
- Design and implement a go-to-market strategy for a named territory, targeting health systems, payers, and health-tech companies to secure new logos and drive expansion.
- Lead complex, multi-threaded sales cycles involving Engineering, Product, Security, Compliance, Legal, and clinical stakeholders to close strategic enterprise deals.
- Develop and coach your team to become trusted advisors, guiding healthcare prospects through technical evaluations, security reviews, and large-scale production rollouts.
- Establish and nurture executive-level relationships with CIOs, CISOs, CMIOs, and senior leaders across the healthcare ecosystem.
- Create clear ROI frameworks that quantify gains in developer productivity, AI adoption, clinical outcomes, and secure software delivery for decision-makers.
- Serve as the primary source of customer insight within the healthcare sector, influencing internal strategy, compliance standards, and deployment practices.
- Collaborate closely with Field Engineering and AI Deployment teams to ensure seamless progression from proof of concept to scaled production usage.
- Build and refine repeatable playbooks for HIPAA compliance, healthcare procurement processes, and partner engagement to shorten sales cycles.
- Analyze pipeline metrics and forecasting data to identify risks and opportunities, coaching representatives to overcome stalled opportunities.
- Champion creative problem-solving to unblock complex deals, balancing analytical rigor with tactical execution in dynamic sales environments.
- Communicate persuasively across all organizational levels, fostering trust and alignment between your team, customers, and executive leadership.
- Maintain a bias for hands-on involvement in outbound prospecting, account mapping, and strategic partner leveraging to drive territory growth.
- Ensure consistent application of sales methodologies and compliance requirements to deliver predictable outcomes across the healthcare vertical.
Requirements
You must possess 8+ years of experience in healthcare or enterprise technology sales, with at least 3 years leading and scaling a quota-carrying sales team. This background should include roles in developer tools, technical SaaS, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or health-tech environments. You have a documented history of building and leading teams that successfully land new logos and expand strategic accounts while exceeding assigned quotas. Your career demonstrates a builder mentality, having stood up or significantly scaled a territory and team with direct involvement in prospecting, account strategy, and partnership development. You are highly experienced in navigating complex healthcare sales cycles and coaching representatives to engage technical and clinical/operational stakeholders effectively. You understand healthcare-specific buying motions, procurement processes, HIPAA compliance expectations, and the broader partner ecosystem, including EHR vendors and systems integrators. You apply this knowledge to formulate team strategy, enablement programs, and playbooks that drive adoption in regulated settings. You combine analytical thinking with creative instincts to assess pipeline health, forecast accurately, and coach reps through stalled or complex deals. You are an exceptional communicator who builds deep trust across diverse audiences, from individual contributors to C-suite executives.
