What you'll do
- Lead client facing technical initiatives, guiding partners through concept development, onboarding workflows, and long term relationship building to ensure success on Arbitrum.

- Synthesize feedback from live projects and the developer community, then channel insights to the Product team to shape the roadmap and refine go to market strategies for new offerings.

- Ensure developer success across leading application teams in the Arbitrum ecosystem by removing integration roadblocks, accelerating development cycles, and providing clear technical guidance.
- Design and communicate robust technical architectures that align with business goals, translating complex blockchain concepts into actionable plans for diverse stakeholders.
- Act as the primary technical liaison for strategic partners, conveying intricate ideas in professional settings and linking them directly to measurable business outcomes.
- Evaluate and prioritize feature requests and integration challenges, balancing short term client needs with long term platform scalability and reliability.
- Mentor junior engineers and solutions engineers, elevating the overall capability of the team through coaching, code reviews, and shared best practices.
- Contribute to the development of reference architectures and documentation that support both internal teams and external partners on Arbitrum.
- Monitor emerging trends in layer 2 scaling, smart contract security, and decentralized infrastructure to ensure the platform remains competitive and future proof.
- Collaborate closely with sales and customer success teams to align technical narratives with purchasing journeys and adoption milestones.
- Drive proof of concept projects from initial scoping through delivery, demonstrating the value of Arbitrum technologies in production like scenarios.
- Maintain a strong bias for action, resolving technical escalations quickly while preserving alignment with company standards and partner expectations.
Requirements
- Possess at least 8 years of experience in technical roles such as solutions engineering, software engineering, infrastructure, or architecture across distributed systems.
- Hold a minimum of 4 years managing and developing technical teams, including mentoring, performance feedback, and resource planning.
- Demonstrate proven experience working directly with fintech companies or financial institutions on infrastructure modernization and migration initiatives.
- Show a strong ability to design scalable and reliable systems, and to translate complex technical requirements into clear, actionable implementation plans.
- Maintain a solid understanding of blockchain fundamentals, including decentralized networks, smart contract execution models, rollups, and onchain infrastructure operations.
- Exhibit experience engaging directly with clients in professional environments, communicating sophisticated technical ideas and guiding complex decisions.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Rust, Solidity, or Golang, with a track record of writing, reviewing, or maintaining codebases in these languages.
- Provide evidence of successful collaboration with cross functional teams, aligning technical constraints with business priorities and delivery timelines.
