What you'll do

• Lead client facing technical initiatives, guiding partners through concept development, onboarding workflows, and long term relationship building to ensure success on Arbitrum.

Requirements

• Possess at least 8 years of experience in technical roles such as solutions engineering, software engineering, infrastructure, or architecture across distributed systems.
• Hold a minimum of 4 years managing and developing technical teams, including mentoring, performance feedback, and resource planning.
• Demonstrate proven experience working directly with fintech companies or financial institutions on infrastructure modernization and migration initiatives.
• Show a strong ability to design scalable and reliable systems, and to translate complex technical requirements into clear, actionable implementation plans.
• Maintain a solid understanding of blockchain fundamentals, including decentralized networks, smart contract execution models, rollups, and onchain infrastructure operations.
• Exhibit experience engaging directly with clients in professional environments, communicating sophisticated technical ideas and guiding complex decisions.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Rust, Solidity, or Golang, with a track record of writing, reviewing, or maintaining codebases in these languages.
• Provide evidence of successful collaboration with cross functional teams, aligning technical constraints with business priorities and delivery timelines.
