About the role
You lead a team focused on winning and expanding Coder's highest-priority accounts in North America. You are accountable for meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets while increasing average selling price. You coach and mentor existing sellers, onboard new sellers, strengthen pipeline discipline, and help the team close committed business on time. You work closely with sales, solutions, customer success, and leadership to grow new logos and expand existing customers across Coder's ideal customer profile. You set the standard in customer conversations, negotiations, deal strategy, and cross-functional collaboration.

What you'll do
- Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets for your region through consistent execution and pipeline rigor.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team selling into enterprise and strategic accounts while elevating their commercial capabilities.
- Onboard new sellers and help them build productive territories, pipelines, and structured account plans.
- Set a clear operating cadence around pipeline creation, deal inspection, forecasting, and execution to maintain discipline.
- Focus the team on Coder's P1 accounts and highest-priority ideal customer profiles to direct effort where it matters most.
- Increase average selling price, with a focus on initial deals above $350,000 in annual recurring revenue to maximize deal value.
- Grow new-logo revenue while expanding Coder's footprint within existing customers through strategic upsell and expansion.
- Improve forecast accuracy by ensuring committed deals close within the expected timeframe and removing blockers early.
- Maintain clean pipeline data and clear next steps across active opportunities to support transparent decision-making.
- Guide account strategy for highly regulated industries, including financial services and automotive, to navigate compliance and stakeholder complexity.
- Support targeted growth across select business-to-business technology accounts by aligning solutions to their specific workflows.
- Lead by example in customer conversations, negotiations, deal strategy, and cross-functional collaboration to build trust and momentum.
- Help customers connect Coder's platform to cloud transformation, application development, modernization, and AI initiatives to demonstrate clear outcomes.
- Travel at least twice quarterly to key accounts and strategic engagements to maintain strong presence and relationships.
Requirements
- Experience as a first-line regional sales leader in enterprise or strategic account segments with a track record of ownership and results.
- A record of achieving or exceeding significant revenue targets in previous roles to prove consistent execution at scale.
- Experience leading, coaching, and onboarding enterprise sellers to develop talent and improve team performance.
- Success closing large, complex deals within committed timelines to maintain predictability and stakeholder confidence.
- Strong pipeline management, forecasting, and deal inspection skills to identify risks and drive conversion.
- Experience selling to highly regulated organizations and financial services to navigate stringent requirements and stakeholders.
- Experience selling into select business-to-business technology companies to leverage technical and operational alignment.
- The ability to build focused account strategies for both new-logo acquisition and customer expansion to drive sustainable growth.
- Experience increasing deal size and leading sales motions with multiple stakeholders to influence complex buying committees.
- Strong knowledge of cloud transformation and modern application development workflows to speak authentically with technical audiences.
- An understanding of agentic development and the broader AI trends shaping software delivery to align solutions with future needs.
- Clear judgment, consistent follow-through, and a willingness to stay close to important deals to ensure timely decisions.
- Ability to travel at least twice quarterly for in-person engagement with key stakeholders and strategic initiatives.
