Technical Implementation Manager
Job description
About the role
Nuitée is seeking a Technical Implementation Manager to own the end-to-end client onboarding journey and serve as the first-line technical point of contact for our demand partners. You will guide each client from signed deal to live and trading status, orchestrating every step of the implementation lifecycle. This role involves running onboarding calls, coordinating API integrations, managing credentials and connectivity, and synchronizing all internal teams to keep the schedule on track. You will be the central thread that connects the client with engineering, product, sales, and support to resolve technical issues swiftly. The position is critical for accelerating time-to-value as we scale our direct demand-side client base globally. A good way to think of it is that you are the single accountable owner ensuring that every step, from signature to go-live, moves smoothly and predictably.
