Manager of Demand Operations
Job description
About the role
You own the end-to-end demand partner onboarding journey at Nuitée, transforming signed contracts into live, transacting partners who complete their first bookings. You coordinate every step of the process, aligning BDMs, Customer Support, and Finance to ensure a seamless experience for new partners. In this role, you build and lead a small Implementation team from scratch, creating the structure and guidance they need to scale as partner volume increases. You establish the SOPs, SLAs, and KPIs that define how Nuitée manages demand onboarding, setting the standard for future growth. You act as the single point of connection between the partner, the sales team, and all internal stakeholders who enable their success. This position is critical because Nuitée's rapid growth has made it too costly to leave the gap between signed contracts and live partners unowned. You will focus on reducing the time it takes to move partners from contract to live status while ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience.
