Technical Integration Lead
Job description
About the role
You will lead the technical integration and support function for EMEA enterprise API customers, owning the end-to-end journey from initial implementation through launch and ongoing optimization. You will partner directly with major API customers, working alongside Product and Engineering to resolve complex technical issues and shape the integration experience. You will build the technical integration and support layer for EMEA from the ground up, establishing scalable processes as the customer base grows. You will have a broader seat than most API roles, combining hands-on technical problem-solving with enterprise customer ownership and commercial visibility. You will influence product decisions by translating customer pain points into clear feedback for engineering and product teams. You will help customers move from signed deal to live, scalable integration faster, leveraging Nuitée's modern API platform and developer tooling.
