About the role
Nova Credit is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead platform initiatives and support generalist product tasks across our core verticals. In this capacity, you will manage the full product lifecycle, from initial strategy and roadmap development to launch and performance tracking in our B2B2C environment. You will own the definition of product strategy, the construction of detailed roadmaps, and the oversight of execution for your assigned vertical. This role requires partnership with engineering, design, data science, and go-to-market teams to deliver high-quality features that meet business objectives. You will analyze product metrics and key performance indicators to identify improvement areas and drive adoption among enterprise customers. A core part of the position involves engaging directly with customers to gather feedback and translating those needs into actionable requirements for the development team. You will also scale sandbox environments, improve internal and external analytics, and develop new integration options to support growth.

What you'll do

- Synthesize qualitative customer insights with quantitative data to inform prioritization decisions.
- Explain technical concepts to diverse stakeholders to ensure alignment and shared understanding.
- Break down ambiguous problems into clear milestones and maintain a bias for action.
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, including discovery, delivery, and post-launch assessment.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the product experience through improvements to analytics and integration options.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in B2B or B2B2C product management.
- Ability to write SQL queries and build dashboards in Mixpanel.
- Experience navigating technical trade-offs with engineering and UX discussions with design teams.
- Proven ability to synthesize qualitative customer insights with quantitative data for prioritization.
- Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Bias for action and ability to break down ambiguous problems into clear milestones.
- Familiarity with product lifecycle management tools and methodologies.
- Comfort working in a B2B2C environment where credit data and consumer-permissioned data are central.
