About the role
Nova Credit is on the lookout for a Senior Solutions Architect to become a vital part of its Go-To-Market team, with a primary focus on developing new market opportunities within the Partnerships division. This position will require you to define product applications, identify customer profiles, and devise sales strategies that cater to emerging opportunities, particularly in the automotive lending sector. As a product expert, you will guide clients through the technical integration process, ensuring that they derive maximum business value from Nova Credit's innovative platform.

What you'll do
- Gain a thorough understanding of Nova Credit's implementation processes and market strategies, particularly for new initiatives like automotive lending expansion.
- Facilitate client meetings, establishing technical credibility with stakeholders throughout both pre-sales and post-sales phases.
- Provide guidance on customer technical decisions regarding product integration to enhance business value.
- Collaborate with teams across Partnerships, Build, and Data Science to develop sales materials and technical strategies for evolving product offerings.
- Secure and initiate key enterprise customer engagements, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Contribute to the development of foundational processes and content for the Solutions Architect role, especially for new market entries.
- Influence the prioritization of the product roadmap by collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to address critical needs from key accounts.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions and recommendations.
- Participate in training and mentoring junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.
- Analyze customer feedback and market data to refine product offerings and improve customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present technical documentation and proposals to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment on project objectives.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in pre-sales or post-sales capacities, with a strong emphasis on pre-sales in financial services, credit, or related sectors.
- Proven experience with "0-to-1" go-to-market strategies, where product, customer profiles, use cases, and sales motions are still being defined, ideally from early-stage companies (Seed, Series A, B) or from leading new product launches in larger organizations.
- A builder's mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity and motivated to create structure in undefined environments.
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills, effectively engaging with business, engineering, and data science teams.
- Familiarity with Enterprise IT solutions and their implementations.
- Experience managing multi-party integration partnerships, balancing the needs of platforms, lenders, dealers, and end consumers.
- A solid understanding of channel partner ecosystems, adept at navigating the complexities between Nova Credit, its partners, lenders, and consumers.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of indirect (dealer-financed) lending and familiarity with dealer platforms such as RouteOne or Dealertrack.
- Experience with UX design tools like Figma, Adobe, or Paper, which can enhance product development processes.
- Previous involvement in automotive industry projects or partnerships, providing valuable insights into market dynamics.

- Proficient in HTML and JavaScript, with a solid understanding of RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, enabling effective automation and integration tasks.
