About the role
This position is responsible for owning the complete deployment lifecycle for Nova Credit product suites. The Senior Deployment Lead will guide initiatives from initial intake through final partner delivery. Success in this role requires translating complex business requirements into clear, executable plans while managing technical and business stakeholders. Decisions made in this role directly influence both revenue growth and customer trust in Nova Credit's financial data platform.

What you'll do
You will chart end-to-end deployment workflows by mapping intake requirements to defined milestones and review gates. You will design detailed integration plans for Cash Atlas, Credit Passport, and Income Navigator in collaboration with technical teams. You will conduct structured pre-release reviews of configurations and data flows to ensure quality and compliance. You will coordinate handoffs to partner teams, guaranteeing that solutions adhere to business objectives and regulatory standards. You will own stakeholder communication across technology, credit risk, and marketing functions. You will track deployment metrics to identify process improvements and enable revenue expansion. You will facilitate cross-functional sessions to align on timelines, risks, and success criteria. You will maintain comprehensive deployment documentation to clarify decisions and support future platform scaling.
Requirements
You will bring five or more years of experience managing complex deployments within enterprise environments. You will demonstrate hands-on technical implementation skills with APIs and webhooks. You will show a proven track record of working with financial services customers and understanding associated regulatory considerations. You will prove an ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously under conditions of ambiguity.

Prior experience with cash flow data platforms and FCRA compliance considerations is valued.

Nova Credit is currently seeking a Senior Deployment Lead to implement Nova Credit's suite of products-Credit Passport®, Cash Atlas™, and Income Navigator-with new and existing customers post-sale. Your work will directly impact global revenue growth and advance the mission to power a more fair and inclusive financial system for the world.
Success in this role requires strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate with technical and business stakeholders. Drawing on experience with past enterprise-scale deployments, you will ensure deployments meet and exceed client expectations. You will work across client organizations-from technology teams to marketing and credit risk policy stakeholders-to drive successful product deployment and integration. Internally, you will orchestrate cross-functional collaboration to deliver deployments that are on time, on-scope, and positioned for revenue growth. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment with some operational ambiguity, can manage multiple complex deployments simultaneously, and excels at stakeholder management.
Within the first month, you will understand Nova Credit's value, business model, and products. You will also build relationships within your portfolio of enterprise accounts.
Within the first quarter, you will master product technology, including the basics of enabling technical integration, user experience, customer acquisition, and credit risk decisioning. You will partner with customer business teams to shape business objectives and integration requirements. You will plan and execute deployments at Nova Credit's strategic accounts. You will measure and report on the ongoing effectiveness of respective customer launches. You will facilitate key pre- and post-launch touchpoints with an Executive level stakeholder audience. You will build strategic growth plans that enable the leadership team to interact with key prospects and grow an account's overall potential.
Within the first year, you will successfully deploy Nova Credit's solutions to multiple enterprise clients. You will be directly responsible for driving significant revenue realization via on-time and on-value deployments. You will collaborate with Nova Credit's Solution Architects, Account Managers, Product Managers, and Engineering teams-among others-to strategically influence product priorities and further improve Nova Credit's core product features.
