You will translate the value of Northspyre's data-driven platform into compelling narratives that resonate with project teams and decision-makers. This role requires you to own the full sales motion from initial research to pipeline creation and handoff to implementation teams. You will act as the primary point of contact for new business inquiries, ensuring the first impression of Northspyre reflects our standards of excellence. You will leverage automation and analytics tools to scale personalized outreach and optimize engagement rates over time. Ultimately, you will be responsible for proving the ROI of Northspyre to prospective customers and driving measurable pipeline growth for the organization.

What you'll do
Conduct in-depth research to map and qualify target development teams and firms that align with Northspyre's ideal customer profile.
Initiate and manage outbound prospecting campaigns using a mix of email, LinkedIn, and direct outreach to generate new pipeline opportunities.
Analyze project data and key performance indicators to identify high-intent prospects who would benefit from Northspyre's automation and intelligence capabilities.
Own the management of opportunities through the CRM, ensuring accurate forecasting, documentation, and timely updates at each stage of the sales cycle.
Coordinate and support virtual and in-person product demonstrations, crafting tailored narratives that connect platform features to specific prospect pain points.
Collaborate closely with solution engineers and implementation specialists to address technical questions and streamline the evaluation process for prospects.
Develop and refine sales playbooks based on performance metrics, feedback from deals, and evolving best practices within the real estate technology sector.
Utilize data and insights to continuously iterate on messaging, improving conversion rates and the efficiency of each outreach touchpoint.
Represent Northspyre in industry-related virtual events and prospecting touchpoints, maintaining a professional and consultative presence.
Report on key performance indicators and pipeline metrics to provide visibility into business development activities and inform strategic decisions.
Maintain a high standard of professionalism in all communications, ensuring consistency with the Northspyre brand and value proposition.
Support the creation of sales enablement materials that help the broader organization communicate value more effectively to stakeholders.
Engage in continuous learning of real estate development processes, technology adoption, and emerging trends to better serve complex customer needs.
Act as an advocate for the customer within Northspyre, feeding insights back to product and marketing teams to drive ongoing improvements.
Requirements
Recent college graduate or early career professional with a Bachelor's degree, entering the real estate technology sales arena for the first time.
Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication, with the ability to craft clear and persuasive messages for diverse audiences.
Possess high emotional intelligence, enabling the effective reading of interpersonal dynamics and the adjustment of communication styles accordingly.
Highly results and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong capability to build rapport and establish trust with clients at various organizational levels, from individual contributors to senior decision-makers.
Comfortable making cold calls and initiating conversations with unfamiliar individuals on a daily basis without hesitation or reluctance.
