Head of Brand, Real Estate Development
Job description
About the role
You are the editorial and brand authority for Northspyre, owning the narrative that defines how the industry views real estate development. You are obsessed with understanding real estate developers, decoding how they think, and translating that insight into credible, high-quality editorial output that earns their trust. You exercise relentless focus on execution and judgment, balancing independent initiative with the ability to lead and elevate the work of others. You synthesize complex inputs like data, industry trends, and operator insight into clear, authoritative points of view that resonate with sophisticated audiences. You care deeply about quality and credibility, making thoughtful editorial decisions to maintain both in every piece of content you steward. As the leader of Northspyre's editorial function, you build the media and editorial engine from the ground up, evolving traditional B2B marketing toward a newsroom-led model rooted in substance and market intelligence.
