About the role
Nexthink is seeking to expand its Large Enterprise Solution Consulting team in North America to support its ongoing growth. This position is essential for delivering compelling value propositions to executive audiences within enterprise accounts, effectively linking technical capabilities to tangible business outcomes. As a Solution Consultant, you will play a crucial role in assisting the local sales territory in surpassing revenue targets by providing hands-on presales support to both new and existing clients. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Professional Services, and Partner teams to align your efforts with the specific needs of the local market.

What you'll do
- Develop expertise in the Nexthink platform, becoming a recognized thought leader both internally and externally, advocating for its business value.
- Assist the sales team in qualifying leads by leveraging in-depth product knowledge to address customer business challenges and demonstrate the value of Nexthink solutions.
- Illustrate how Nexthink's offerings can support broader customer initiatives, translating these into measurable business outcomes.
- Engage with stakeholders across IT Security, IT Operations, and IT Service Management to identify use cases where Nexthink can provide significant value, utilizing strong account management skills and a passion for innovative technology.
- Lead and support large-scale enterprise transactions, applying industry knowledge to facilitate the progression of deals.
- Conduct and facilitate value-based workshops that help potential clients understand how Nexthink can address their strategic priorities and major challenges.
- Represent Nexthink at key company events and marketing activities, acting as a spokesperson for the brand.
- Promote Nexthink both internally and externally, establishing yourself as a recognized thought leader in the field.
- This role requires domestic travel to client locations across the Northeast Region, specifically New York or Boston, with occasional trips to other Nexthink offices in the USA and internationally.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in an enterprise presales or technical consulting role, preferably with a focus on End User Computing SaaS/cloud-based solutions.
- A proven history of collaborating with sales teams to meet or exceed designated revenue targets.
- Experience acting as a key technical resource to introduce new technologies into emerging markets.
- Familiarity with areas such as Workplace, End User, or Desktop Services and their management.
- Knowledge of Digital Experience Monitoring or similar functions related to end-user experience.
- Experience with Cloud technologies, Windows 10, O365, or projects related to migration, release, or change management.
- Understanding of ITIL frameworks, Service Lifecycle, or related quality-of-service disciplines.
- Background in Security, Governance, Risk, or Compliance areas.
