About the role
Nexthink is on a mission to expand its Large Enterprise Solution Consulting team across North America, and we are seeking talented individuals to join us. The Solution Consulting organization plays a crucial role in delivering compelling value propositions to executive audiences within enterprise accounts, effectively linking technical capabilities to tangible business outcomes. As a Solution Consultant, you will provide essential presales support to both new and existing clients, collaborating closely with Sales, Professional Services, and Partner teams to align your efforts with local market needs and drive revenue growth.

What you'll do
- Become a recognized expert in the Nexthink platform, advocating for its business value both internally and externally.
- Assist the sales team in qualifying leads by leveraging your in-depth product knowledge to address customer challenges and showcase value.
- Illustrate how Nexthink solutions align with broader customer initiatives and translate these into measurable business results.
- Engage with stakeholders in IT Security, IT Operations, and IT Service Management to identify use cases where Nexthink can provide significant value, utilizing strong account management skills.
- Lead and support large-scale enterprise transactions, applying your industry expertise to ensure deals progress smoothly.
- Conduct and facilitate value-driven workshops that help potential clients understand how Nexthink can address their strategic priorities and challenges.
- Represent Nexthink at key company events and marketing initiatives as a speaker, enhancing the brand's visibility and reputation.
- Act as a thought leader for Nexthink, both within the organization and in the broader community, promoting the company's innovative solutions.
- This position will require travel to client sites primarily in the Southeast Region, with occasional trips to other Nexthink locations in the USA and internationally.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a presales or technical consulting role, preferably in the realm of End User Computing SaaS or cloud-based solutions.
- A proven history of collaborating with sales teams to achieve or surpass designated revenue targets.
- Experience acting as a key technical resource for introducing new technologies in emerging markets.
- Familiarity with one or more of the following areas: Workplace, End User, or Desktop Services management; Digital Experience Monitoring; or similar end-user experience functions.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies, Windows 10, O365, or projects related to migration, release, or change management.
- Understanding of ITIL frameworks, Service Lifecycle, or related quality-of-service practices.
- Experience in Security, Governance, Risk, or Compliance areas.
