About the role
Nexthink is in search of a Solution Consultant to join our Large Enterprise Solution Consulting team, which is expanding across North America. This position is vital for driving the success of our sales initiatives by providing essential presales support to both new and existing clients. The role requires a collaborative approach, working closely with Sales, Professional Services, and Partner teams to identify and align with the business needs of the local market.

What you'll do
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the Nexthink platform, advocating for its business value to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist the sales team in qualifying leads by leveraging extensive product knowledge to address customer challenges and demonstrate the value of our solutions.
- Illustrate how Nexthink's offerings can support broader customer initiatives, translating them into measurable business outcomes.
- Engage with stakeholders in IT Security, IT Operations, and IT Service Management to identify use cases where Nexthink can add value, employing strong account management skills and enthusiasm for innovative technology.
- Lead and support large-scale enterprise transactions, utilizing industry insights to advance deals effectively.
- Facilitate value-based workshops that enable prospects to fully grasp how Nexthink can address their strategic priorities and significant challenges.
- Represent Nexthink as a speaker at key company events and marketing initiatives, enhancing our brand visibility.
- Act as an evangelist for Nexthink, becoming a recognized thought leader both within the company and in the wider industry.
- This position involves fieldwork requiring domestic travel to client sites throughout the North Central region, with occasional trips to other Nexthink locations across the United States and internationally.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a presales or technical consulting role, ideally focused on End User Computing SaaS or cloud-based solutions.
- A proven history of collaborating with a sales organization to achieve or surpass assigned revenue targets.
- Experience acting as a key technical resource for introducing new technologies into the marketplace.
- Familiarity with one or more of the following areas: Workplace, End User, or Desktop Services and their management.
- Background in Digital Experience Monitoring or related end-user experience functions.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies, Windows 10, O365, or other migration, release, or change-related projects.
- Understanding of ITIL framework, Service Lifecycle, or related quality-of-service practices.
- Familiarity with Security, Governance, Risk, or Compliance disciplines.
