About the role
As a , you will play a pivotal role within our Services organization, serving as a key representative to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver both advisory and technical services related to Nexthink products, ensuring that customer expectations are not only met but exceeded in terms of technical execution and business impact. This position goes beyond mere implementation; you will engage with customer stakeholders to identify business challenges, design outcome-driven use cases, and facilitate the adoption of solutions that enhance the digital employee experience and improve overall business operations.

What you'll do
- Conduct regular sessions with customers to identify, prioritize, and design use cases that align with their business and operational goals.
- Facilitate consultative discussions to uncover business challenges and explore potential solutions that can be achieved using Nexthink products and services.
- Convert business requirements into structured solution designs that take into account process alignment, stakeholder engagement, and operational impact.
- Assist customers in integrating Nexthink into their service management and cross-functional operational workflows.
- Empower clients to fully embrace Nexthink solutions while maintaining a trusted advisor relationship.
- Support customers in achieving defined milestones and measurable outcomes throughout their engagement with Nexthink.
- Implement, configure, and manage Nexthink products, ensuring adherence to best practices and approved solution designs.
- Create dashboards, alerts, campaigns, automation workflows, and other Nexthink content to enhance user experience.
- Facilitate integrations with customer systems using scripting and API-based methods as necessary.
- Analyze endpoint and operational data to derive actionable insights and optimize the effectiveness of use cases.
- Troubleshoot technical issues using structured problem-solving techniques.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, solution designs, and engagement activities to ensure transparency and continuity.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting or advisory roles, ideally in a customer-facing capacity within the technology sector, B2B, SaaS, or similar environments.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Proven ability to gather and translate business issues into structured technical solutions.
- Strong aptitude for driving consultative conversations that define business challenges and explore remediation possibilities.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret and visualize data to generate actionable insights.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Windows clients and applications.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies in an unsupervised setting.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
- Familiarity with Nexthink and its suite of products is advantageous.
- Experience in enterprise operations, including digital workplace management, IT infrastructure, capacity planning, and end-user software/hardware engineering.
- Knowledge of ITIL v4 principles.
- Proficiency in scripting and integration concepts (PowerShell, Python, JSON, REST API, LDAP, SSO, BASH).
- Experience with data analytics and visualization tools (SQL, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Familiarity with MacOS is a plus.

- Previous experience in a consulting role focused on digital employee experience management.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies and their applications in enterprise environments.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
