About the role
To support the expansion of Nexthink's operations in the Alps Region, we are seeking to enhance our Solution Consulting team. In the position of Solution Consultant, your main focus will be on developing and presenting innovative value propositions to executive stakeholders by aligning Nexthink's technical capabilities with business outcomes. The role is primarily aimed at driving pre-sales initiatives in the local area to meet the company's sales revenue targets and foster growth.
As an integral member of the team, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Professional Services, and Partner teams to understand business priorities and align your activities with the needs of local organizations.

What you'll do
- Assist the sales team in qualifying leads by leveraging your comprehensive understanding of product features to address business challenges and demonstrate value.
- Showcase how Nexthink solutions can facilitate customer initiatives and lead to beneficial business results.
- Oversee and conduct Proof of Value demonstrations.
- Engage with various stakeholders across functions such as End User Computing, Workplace Management, IT Operations, and IT Leadership to highlight use cases where Nexthink can deliver value. This requires strong account management skills and an eagerness to introduce innovative technology.
- Support and lead large-scale enterprise transactions as a Solution Consultant by applying industry knowledge and client management skills.
- Organize and lead value-based workshops with potential clients to help them fully explore how Nexthink can support their strategic projects and major challenges.
- Participate as a speaker in key company events and contribute to other marketing initiatives.
- Establish yourself as a thought leader both within the company and externally by promoting the business value derived from Nexthink.
- Conduct training workshops for partners to ensure their technical teams are well-versed in our solutions.
- This position will require up to 50% travel within the region.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience working with a sales organization, with a proven record of meeting or surpassing assigned revenue targets.
- Experience as a key technical resource leading the introduction of new technology in a new market.
- Digital Experience Management or similar end-user experience-driven functions
- Management of Workplace, End User, or Desktop Services
- Virtualization, Cloud technologies, Windows 10, Office 365, and other related migration, release, or change projects
- Familiarity with the ITIL framework, Service Lifecycle, and other quality of service-related disciplines
- Strong business acumen with the ability to use business context to develop creative and practical solutions that meet business objectives.
- An entrepreneurial mindset that allows for independent work with minimal supervision.
- Technologically proficient and capable of quickly grasping Nexthink products, services, technologies, and business operations.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; able to engage effectively with senior leaders and executives.
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic work environment.
- Fluency in both German and English is essential for business communications (knowledge of Swiss German is a plus).
- Technical familiarity with the Nexthink platform is a significant advantage.

- Previous experience in a similar role within the IT sector.
- Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Experience in conducting training sessions or workshops.
- Understanding of digital transformation initiatives in organizations.
