About the role
Nexthink is expanding its Large Enterprise Solution Consulting team to support its continued growth across North America. The Solution Consultant will play a crucial role in delivering compelling value propositions to executive audiences within enterprise accounts, linking technical capabilities directly to business outcomes. This position requires collaboration with Sales, Professional Services, and Partner teams to understand local business priorities and align solutions to meet the needs of the market.

What you'll do
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Nexthink, promoting the business value of the Nexthink Platform to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist the sales team in qualifying leads by leveraging deep product knowledge to address customer business challenges and demonstrate the value of Nexthink solutions.
- Illustrate how Nexthink's offerings align with broader customer initiatives, translating them into measurable business outcomes.
- Engage with stakeholders from IT Security, IT Operations, and IT Service Management to identify use cases where Nexthink provides value, utilizing strong account management skills and enthusiasm for innovative technology.
- Support and drive large-scale enterprise transactions, applying industry insights to advance deals effectively.
- Conduct and facilitate value-based workshops that help prospective clients understand how Nexthink addresses their strategic priorities and challenges.
- Represent Nexthink at key company events and marketing initiatives as a speaker, enhancing the brand's visibility and community impact.
- Act as a recognized thought leader for Nexthink, advocating for its solutions both internally and externally.
- This role involves domestic travel to client sites within the West region and occasional travel to other Nexthink locations across the USA and internationally.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in an enterprise presales or technical consulting role, preferably in selling End User Computing SaaS or cloud-based solutions.
- A proven history of collaborating with sales teams to achieve or surpass assigned revenue targets.
- Experience serving as a primary technical resource for introducing new technology into a market.
- Knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Workplace, End User, or Desktop Services management, Digital Experience Monitoring, or similar end-user experience functions.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies, Windows 10, O365, or projects related to migration, release, or change management.
- Understanding of ITIL frameworks, Service Lifecycle, or related quality-of-service practices.
- Knowledge of Security, Governance, Risk, or Compliance disciplines.

This position offers a comprehensive compensation package, including a base salary and the potential for commission or performance bonuses.
