Map named accounts and expand pipeline across a rich list of prospects in the healthcare ecosystem. Run discovery rooms and own demo narratives that displace incumbent technology and highlight platform strengths. Build outbound sequences that shorten sales cycles and surface urgent customer needs. Partner with SDRs to convert inbound interest into scheduled opportunities and accelerate movement through the funnel. Close net-new business through confident negotiation and structured finalization. Shape how the go-to-market engine evolves by providing clear feedback from the field. Ship new customer wins quickly while maintaining high quality of execution. Partner with developers to integrate solutions and expand platform adoption across the healthcare infrastructure layer. Conduct deep research into stakeholder priorities and decision-making dynamics before entering conversations. Challenge status quos by framing current limitations as opportunities for immediate transformation. Synthesize patterns from multiple deals to define ideal customer profiles and sharpen messaging. Own forecast accuracy and pipeline integrity through rigorous updates and honest assessments. Mentor SDRs on conversational techniques that improve discovery and opportunity quality. Track leading indicators to ensure consistent throughput of qualified meetings and closed revenue.
Requirements
Hold 1+ years of full-cycle AE experience, ideally within SaaS environments.
Demonstrate sharp prospecting skills and a consistent record of quota attainment.
Operate comfortably running product demos from start to finish.
Handle ambiguity and urgency while maintaining clear communication on screen and in conversations.
Exhibit intellectual curiosity to rapidly master complex healthcare technology concepts and translate them to diverse audiences.
Maintain strict adherence to compliance and data security standards in all customer interactions.
Show resilience in navigating long sales cycles and multiple stakeholder environments.
Collaborate transparently with cross-functional partners to resolve blockers and align on shared objectives.

Compensation and benefits
The target cash compensation range for this role is $120,000 to $140,000 USD. Actual salaries may vary based on location, experience, and performance. This total target cash compensation includes base salary and variable compensation in the form of commissions. Variable compensation type is determined by role and level. Additional benefits may include stock options, an unlimited paid time off policy, and up to 100% coverage on medical, vision, and dental insurance.
