Who we are
Neptune North is a newly created Joint Venture between Oliver Wyman, a global leader in management consulting and part of the NYSE listed Marsh McLennan, and Rokos Capital Management (RCM), a global alternative investment fund manager. Our mandate is to employ and develop only the very best talent in the North East. This commitment ensures unparalleled quality and expertise in all outputs, with the core objective of consistently surpassing expectations. The role is based in a fast-paced, demanding environment.

A defining feature of joining a newly created business is the opportunity to shape the culture from inception. We will establish standards and operating norms collaboratively. There are non-negotiable principles guiding this effort. We require exceptional talent who demonstrate excellent communication skills in all interactions. Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and campus ambassadors, is necessary. This ensures alignment and engagement throughout the recruitment cycle. Providing administrative and logistical support for programme schedules, induction activities, feedback collection, and documentation for graduate and apprenticeship cohorts forms a core part of the role. You will capture feedback from candidates, hiring managers, and providers to support process improvements. This work aims to enhance efficiency, fairness, and the overall quality of the candidate experience.
What makes a great candidate
