About the role
You will own the end-to-end strategy and execution for the AI Foundry product suite, ensuring that vision, delivery and commercial outcomes are tightly integrated across all client engagements. You will act as the central product authority for high-value financial services and defence customers, shaping how AI-augmented applications are conceived, prioritised and evolved. You will coordinate the transition of each product from initial single-client rollout through to broader commercial exploitation, balancing bespoke needs with platform efficiency. You will translate ambiguous business challenges into clear product roadmaps while maintaining a sharp focus on user experience and measurable business value. You will serve as the primary liaison between senior client stakeholders and internal engineering, safeguarding alignment on priorities and delivery realities. What you'll do
- Orchestrate the full lifecycle of software delivery for AI Foundry products, coordinating requirements, design, build and deployment phases.
- Own the end-to-end product roadmap for AI Foundry, aligning priorities across commercial and engineering teams to maximise impact and reusability.
- Act as the primary product point of contact for senior client stakeholders across financial services and defence engagements, translating complex business needs into a clear, actionable product vision.
- Partner closely with the internal engineering team to define, sequence and prioritise the backlog, balancing client commitments against platform scalability and long-term maintainability.
- Lead product discovery for new AI Foundry capabilities, synthesising user feedback, market signals and technical constraints into actionable opportunities.
- Define and track success metrics such as adoption, performance and business value for AI Foundry initiatives, reporting progress to leadership and client sponsors.
- Manage the trade-off between bespoke client requirements and building a reusable, multi-tenant AI Foundry capability, ensuring decisions support both immediate needs and future scale.
- Support the Management team in scoping and shaping new AI Foundry engagements, including input into proposals, pricing and statements of work.
- Ensure product delivery adheres to relevant regulatory, security and governance requirements across the company's regulated client base.
- Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and techniques, assessing their relevance and potential integration into the AI Foundry platform.
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops and decision forums to align stakeholders on priorities, assumptions and delivery constraints.
- Maintain detailed product documentation, including specifications, user stories, decisions logs and roadmap artefacts for traceability and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Hold an Undergraduate Degree in a relevant subject, ensuring foundational knowledge for the role.
- Demonstrate a proven track record as a Product Manager delivering business-critical applications and/or software engineering platforms.
- Bring experience engaging with senior, C-suite or Director-level client stakeholders, navigating ambiguity and complex commercial relationships with confidence.
- Show strong technical fluency in AI concepts, especially LLMs and their deployment in production environments, to collaborate credibly with engineering and data science teams.
- Exhibit excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, flexing confidently between technical and non-technical audiences.
- Display a demonstrated ability to build and prioritise a product roadmap that balances multiple client needs against a shared platform vision.
- Possess strong commercial acumen, with experience contributing to proposals, scoping exercises or business cases in professional settings.
- Operate comfortably with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-scaling, entrepreneurial environment, making sound decisions with incomplete information.
