About the role
You will own the end to end lifecycle for critical hiring positions across the consultancy and investment teams at Neptune North. You will design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive talent pools that align with our specific business objectives. The role requires you to manage the full recruitment pipeline, collaborating closely with hiring managers to translate needs into actionable plans. You will build and maintain robust relationships with a select group of external recruitment agencies to ensure optimal performance and value. Furthermore, you will oversee the intern and graduate recruitment journey, establishing strong partnerships with key educational institutions. You will analyze complex hiring data and generate reports that provide strategic insights to senior leadership for decision making. - Architect and deploy direct sourcing strategies to unlock passive candidate markets using advanced technologies and innovative methodologies.
- Orchestrate the full recruitment lifecycle, managing end to end processes from initial sourcing through to final onboarding with meticulous attention to detail.
- Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships with external recruitment agencies, monitoring performance metrics and negotiating contracts to drive superior results.
- Analyze recruitment analytics and dashboard data to generate insightful reports that inform leadership strategy and optimize hiring performance.
- Design and deliver early careers programs, establishing university partnerships to attract and secure top tier graduate and internship talent.
- Lead and mentor talent acquisition coordinators, setting clear performance goals and fostering a highly collaborative team environment.
- Act as the primary point of collaboration for cross functional teams, aligning recruitment strategies with overarching business objectives and workforce planning.
- Implement robust compliance frameworks to ensure all recruitment activities adhere to legal regulations and internal policy requirements.
- Develop and execute diversity and inclusion strategies to attract a broad spectrum of talent and continuously improve representation metrics.
- Leverage curiosity and problem solving skills to navigate complex hiring challenges and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements
You must possess proven experience in talent acquisition with strong analytical and leadership skills that have been demonstrated in previous roles. You must have excellent communication abilities and substantial experience managing recruitment agencies to ensure vendor relationships deliver value. Previous experience with early careers programmes would be desirable for this specific position. You must show exceptional attention to detail and possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills in all professional interactions. You must exhibit curiosity and an ability to design and develop processes that drive operational efficiencies and remove bottlenecks. You must be able to work collaboratively across teams and with a wide range of stakeholders, influencing effectively up to a senior leadership level. You must have the ability to deal with multiple competing priorities simultaneously and remain agile to changing business needs and demands.
