Chiropractor - Studio City
Job description
About the role
Myo Physical Therapy
Full-Time Clinical Role
Introduction and Opportunity
Myo is seeking a dedicated clinician to join our team in a full-time capacity. This is an immediate opening for a licensed professional committed to advancing body IQ and movement health. The role offers a comprehensive compensation package ranging from ninety thousand to one hundred and forty thousand dollars annually. Qualified applicants may receive sign-on bonuses and relocation assistance subject to eligibility. Myo operates on a modern framework designed to FutureProof the body, focusing on proactive health rather than reactive treatment. We aim to raise global body awareness by helping individuals move better, understand their physical state, and adopt long-term strategies for wellness.
The Myo Care Framework
Our clinical model is built on a five-phase FutureProof Framework. These phases guide every interaction and ensure a logical progression toward optimal function. The initial phase concentrates on decreasing pain and establishing baseline comfort. Subsequent stages address alignment and repair, teaching correct movement patterns, and building durable strength. The final phase is about moving with purpose, ensuring that gains are maintained in daily life. Pain relief is the starting point, not the endpoint. Our objective is to create lasting functional change for clients and provide clinicians with a clear, confident structure for delivering care.
Why Join Myo
Choosing Myo means choosing an environment built for meaningful clinical work. You will not be rushed; you will have the time, structure, and support necessary to succeed.
- Mentorship and Growth: In your first ninety days, you will receive over seventy hours of structured onboarding and mentorship. This includes on-shift coaching, clinical workshops, and peer learning sessions. Your clinical reasoning, communication skills, and caseload development will be refined with guidance from your Clinic Director and Lead Clinician. This support is designed to help you build a sustainable practice within our one-on-one care model.
- Career Progression: Clear pathways exist for advancement into leadership roles. You will have access to the Senior Clinician Program and be considered a Founding Team Member as we expand to new locations.
- Brand and Community: The in-house Marketing Team provides support for community and brand partnerships. You will have opportunities to represent Myo at major public events, such as marathons and large-scale fitness activations. Travel and expenses may be covered for certain select activations.
- Client Experience: You will work within a premium 1:1 model, treating fewer than eight clients per day. This allows for high-engagement sessions with individuals focused on movement, performance, and long-term health. The environment is collaborative, with regular case discussions to refine techniques and share best practices.
Daily Responsibilities
Your role will involve designing efficient intake sessions that capture key movement patterns and client objectives. You will create and adjust repair strategies during the alignment and repair phases to support tissue healing and improved posture. Guiding clients through specific drills is essential to help them understand their motion and build durable control. You will develop strength plans that prepare clients for demanding physical activities and sports. Collaboration with partner clinics will ensure continuity of care for clients who travel or relocate. You will also play a key role in activating our community presence by assisting with events for partners like Erewhon and Lululemon. Championing the 1:1 care model means maintaining high energy and clear explanations for every client. You will participate in internal case discussions to refine clinic protocols and share best practices. A critical part of the role is safeguarding your schedule by capping daily volume to ensure focused attention for each client.
