Myo represents a modern approach to physical therapy dedicated to FutureProofing the human body. The organization's central mission is to elevate global body IQ by assisting individuals in moving more effectively, understanding their physical systems, and adopting a proactive stance toward health. This mission is executed through a structured care model organized into five distinct phases: Decrease Pain, Align & Repair, Learn How to Move, Build Strength, and Move With Purpose. Pain relief is viewed as an initial step, with the primary objective being the creation of lasting functional change for clients and a clear, confident framework for clinicians.
Why Myo?
Myo is designed to provide clinicians with the necessary time, structure, and support to perform meaningful work. The practice emphasizes mentorship and continuous growth, offering over 70 hours of structured onboarding and mentorship during the initial 90 days. Clinical reasoning, client communication, caseload development, and business acumen are refined through on-shift coaching, mentorship, ongoing education, clinical workshops, and peer learning opportunities. Each clinician receives ongoing guidance from a Clinic Director and Lead Clinician, enabling the sustainable development of a caseload within a premium 1:1 care model. Defined pathways exist for career advancement into leadership roles, the Senior Clinician Program, and future clinic expansion as a Founding Team Member.
Brand and industry exposure are supported by an in-house Marketing Team, which facilitates community, brand, and partnership development. Clinicians may represent Myo at significant events and activations, such as the LA Marathon, NYC Marathon, Erewhon, and Lululemon SeaWheeze, with select opportunities including expense-covered travel.
The practice operates on a Premium 1:1 Care model, limiting daily sessions to fewer than eight clients. This structure ensures focused attention for engaged clients interested in movement, performance, and proactive health. A collaborative clinical environment encourages ongoing case discussions and peer learning.
