Chiropractor | Founding Team Opportunity | Manhattan Beach
Job description
Chiropractor | Founding Team Opportunity | Manhattan Beach
About the Role
Myo is establishing a new clinic in Manhattan Beach, opening in Fall 2026, and is actively building a founding team of clinicians. This role represents a unique opportunity to define the clinical standards, client experience, and team culture from the very beginning. You will be responsible for introducing the Myo methodology to the local community and establishing a premium care model. The position is located at 1129 N Sepulveda Blvd, Manhattan Beach, CA 90266.
This is a full-time, founding team position. The ideal candidate will be a licensed Doctor of Chiropractic in California with three to five years of professional experience. A deep understanding of performance care and proactive health strategies is essential for success within this client-focused, premium model. The role involves owning the entire client journey and shaping the clinical culture of the new location.
The Myo Framework
Myo operates a modern physical therapy approach designed to FutureProof the body. The mission is to enhance global body IQ by helping individuals move better, understand their physical capabilities, and adopt a proactive approach to health. Care is delivered through a structured 5-phase FutureProof Framework: Decrease Pain, Align & Repair, Learn How to Move, Build Strength, and Move With Purpose. The goal is to move beyond simple pain relief to create lasting functional change.
Responsibilities
As a founding clinician, you will set the standard for one-on-one care, treating fewer than eight clients per day. You will design personalized movement plans to decrease pain and align structure during the initial care phase. Subsequently, you will coach motion skills to help clients control their movement during the active repair stage. Later, you will systematically strengthen movement patterns to build durable resilience before guiding clients toward purpose-driven motion.
Your role will include representing Myo at major community events, such as the LA Marathon and Lululemon SeaWheeze, with potential for expense-covered travel. You will collaborate with partners to integrate care models that support athletes and families. Within the clinical environment, you will mentor peers, sharing caseload development and clinical reasoning during on-shift coaching. You will also chart client progress, establishing clear pathways for growth into senior clinician and leadership roles.
Compensation and Benefits
The compensation package offers a base salary in the range of $90,000 to $140,000 per year, supplemented by a performance-based fee split. This structure is scaled according to experience, clinical performance, and alignment with Myo's core values. The benefits package is comprehensive and includes employer-paid health, dental, and vision coverage. Additionally, the role offers 401(k) matching, paid time off (including PTO, sick days, holidays, parental leave top-up), and flexibility for extended time off. You will also receive an annual stipend of $1,000 for continuing professional development.
Why Join Myo?
Clinicians at Myo receive 70+ hours of structured onboarding and mentorship during their first 90 days. This support continues through on-shift coaching, mentorship from the Clinic Director and Lead Clinician, and ongoing educational workshops. You will have clear growth pathways into leadership roles and future clinic expansion opportunities as a Founding Team Member.
The brand provides support from an in-house Marketing Team for community and partnership development. Selected clinicians will have the opportunity to represent Myo at major events and activations, reinforcing both personal and company presence in the industry.
