Chiropractor - Myo Brentwood
Job description
About the role
Myo Brentwood: FutureProof Physical Therapy
New Graduates Encouraged to Apply
Myo Brentwood is currently seeking a Doctor of Chiropractic to join our team immediately. This is a full-time position offering a salary range of $90,000 to $140,000 annually. Eligible candidates may receive sign-on bonuses and relocation assistance. We are dedicated to raising global body IQ by helping individuals move better, understand their physical capabilities, and adopt a proactive approach to health.
Our Clinical Framework
Myo operates on a structured 5-phase FutureProof Framework. This methodology guides every client journey, beginning with Decrease Pain and progressing through Align & Repair, Learn How to Move, Build Strength, and Move With Purpose. We view pain relief as the starting point, not the final objective. Our mission is to facilitate lasting functional change for clients and provide clinicians with a clear, purposeful structure for delivering confident care.
Why Join Myo
Choosing Myo means choosing an environment designed for meaningful clinical work. You will receive 70+ hours of structured onboarding and mentorship during your first 90 days. This support extends to refining clinical reasoning, client communication, caseload development, and business acumen through on-shift coaching, workshops, and peer learning. You will work under the guidance of your Clinic Director and Lead Clinician to build a sustainable caseload within our premium 1:1 care model. The practice offers defined pathways for advancement into leadership roles, the Senior Clinician Program, and opportunities tied to future clinic expansion as a Founding Team Member.
Our in-house Marketing Team provides support for community and brand partnerships. You may have the opportunity to represent Myo at major events such as the LA Marathon, NYC Marathon, Erewhon, and Lululemon SeaWheeze. Some activations may include expense-covered travel.
The practice is built on a Premium 1:1 Care model. You will treat fewer than eight clients per day, allowing for focused, one-on-one sessions with engaged individuals interested in movement, performance, and proactive health. This model fosters a collaborative clinical environment centered on ongoing case discussions and continuous peer learning.
Position Summary
As the Doctor of Chiropractic at Myo Brentwood, you will own the complete client journey within our structured framework, turning motion into permanent change. New graduates are welcomed into a clear, premium 1:1 world where guidance replaces uncertainty. Your primary role is to translate the FutureProof map into actionable daily steps for every client who walks through our door.
Key Responsibilities
You will design intake processes that efficiently map movement patterns and client intent. You will create repair strategies based on biomechanics while carefully managing tissue load. Your role involves guiding educational sessions that convert complex scientific concepts into simple, repeatable movement habits. You will build strength plans that increase capacity while protecting joint health and breathing mechanics. Collaboration with partner teams is essential to synchronize care and achieve activation goals. You will also champion Myo's brand at community races, wellness showcases, and collaborative events. Maintaining the flow of premium one-on-one sessions requires limiting daily volume. You will document clear progress markers so clients can visualize functional change across all framework phases. Access to structured mentorship will help you refine clinical reasoning, communication, and business judgment. Your work will directly contribute to your pathway toward leadership within our clinics, workshops, and expansion initiatives.
Requirements
Current state licensure to practice chiropractic care is mandatory. Experience in treating musculoskeletal conditions is required, and new graduates are encouraged to apply through our structured mentorship program. A firm commitment to the 5-phase FutureProof framework is essential, which prioritizes pain reduction, repair, learning, strength, and purpose. You must be dedicated to working within a 1:1 model where quality of care and client outcomes are the primary measures of success.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience performing at large community events or high-visibility wellness settings is valued.
Tools and Knowledge
A working knowledge of the FutureProof framework and Myo methodology is necessary.
