You are a clinician at Myo, and your primary responsibility is to deliver high-quality care to your clients using your clinical reasoning, judgment, and expertise. You will provide care and deliver an action plan to help clients do what they love, longer, while embodying the mission to raise body IQ globally. In this role, you own the full client journey from initial assessment to discharge, ensuring every interaction advances their movement health. You own the interpretation of complex presentations and the creation of tailored strategies that futureproof bodies and reduce pain. You own the responsibility of educating clients on their condition and empowering them with tools to move better, feel better, and build confidence in their bodies. You own the standard of care within your scope, maintaining a proactive, expert presence that aligns with the team-based vision of modern physical therapy. You own the data and outcomes, using them to refine your clinical approach and demonstrate measurable impact on each client's life. What you'll do
Assess new and returning clients to identify movement dysfunctions and establish baselines for functional capacity.
Design individualized care plans that integrate chiropractic principles with movement re-education to address specific client goals.
Execute manual and active interventions that restore range of motion, reduce neuromuscular compensation, and improve biomechanical efficiency.
Collaborate with physiotherapists and massage therapists to create a cohesive, multidisciplinary strategy for complex cases.
Educate clients on self-management techniques, including exercise progressions and daily habits that support long-term resilience.
Track quantitative and qualitative outcomes to validate the effectiveness of interventions and guide iterative treatment modifications.
Utilize digital documentation to maintain clear, accurate, and secure records that support continuity of care and clinical decision-making.
Leverage movement assessments and client feedback to refine your clinical hypotheses and adjust therapeutic approaches in real time.
Partner with the broader Myo network to contribute to the development of protocols that standardize excellence across all locations.
Promote the Myo methodology through authentic client experiences, demonstrating how proactive care integrates into everyday life.
Support the growth of the Toronto clinic by maintaining consistent availability, reliability, and a high level of professional presence.
Champion the vision of a world where body awareness is accessible, intuitive, and central to how people live and move.
Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with evidence-informed practices and integrate new findings into client care.
Act as a client advocate, ensuring that every recommendation aligns with the individual's capacity, lifestyle, and long-term objectives.
Requirements
You must hold active chiropractic licensure in the province of Ontario to practice.
You must possess current certification or equivalent qualification to perform chiropractic care legally and safely.
You must have the right to work in Canada without sponsorship, as the role requires immediate operational capacity.
You must hold professional liability insurance that meets the standards required by Myo and its risk management protocols.
You must have a clean criminal record check that confirms suitability for work in a healthcare environment.
You must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 in compliance with local regulations and clinic safety policies.
You must be able to demonstrate clinical reasoning that supports safe, effective, and ethical decision-making for diverse clients.
You must commit to adhering to Myo's standards of care, policies, and operational procedures across all engagements.
Nice to have
Experience working within a multidisciplinary team environment where communication and shared documentation are essential.
A background in performance, athletics, or active populations, with an understanding of the demands of training and competition.

Practical notes
This is a part-time contractor role with a flexible schedule designed to align with clinic demand and practitioner availability.
Travel is limited to the designated clinic location at 22 Capreol Court, Toronto, ON M5V 4A9, with no additional site visits required.
No visa sponsorship is available for this position, and candidates must already have the necessary authorization to work in Canada.
The schedule is subject to client demand and operational needs, with the expectation of consistent availability during clinic hours.
