About the role
This role is a dedicated position within the Myo team focused on delivering the FutureProof care model to clients in the West Hollywood area. You will own the full execution of the 5-phase Framework, guiding individuals from initial pain reduction through to long-term functional strength and purposeful movement. This is a hands-on clinical role where your primary responsibility is to translate Myo's methodology into tangible, measurable outcomes for each patient. You will be entrusted with building a sustainable, premium 1:1 caseload that aligns with the company's mission to raise body IQ globally. In this capacity, you are the main point of contact for client progress, ensuring adherence to the structured phases of care. You will leverage the provided structure to make independent clinical decisions while maintaining strict alignment with Myo's values and standards. Success in this role is defined by your ability to combine clinical reasoning with business acumen to drive client retention and functional improvement.

What you'll do
Perform comprehensive orthopedic and movement assessments to establish a baseline for every new client and track progress against the 5-phase Framework.
Design and execute individualized treatment plans that systematically decrease pain, align and repair tissues, and teach clients how to move with confidence and competence.
Educate clients on the principles of biomechanics and functional movement, ensuring they understand the "why" behind each exercise and lifestyle recommendation.
Progress patients through the distinct phases of the Myo Framework, guiding them from initial discomfort to building sustainable strength and purposeful motion.
Utilize data and objective measures to modify programming, ensuring that each phase builds logically toward long-term functional change and injury resilience.
Collaborate daily with the in-house Marketing Team to identify community opportunities that align with the brand and support local outreach initiatives.
Act as a clinical ambassador for Myo, representing the brand at major regional events such as the LA Marathon and NYC Marathon, as well as wellness activations with partners like Erewhon and Lululemon SeaWheeze.
Manage a premium 1:1 caseload by scheduling and conducting sessions that adhere to the model of treating fewer than 8 clients per day to ensure high-touch care.
Participate in ongoing peer learning and case discussions to refine clinical reasoning and share best practices within the collaborative clinical environment.
Contribute to the growth of the clinic by actively engaging in the pathway to leadership roles, including potential progression into the Senior Clinician Program as a Founding Team Member.
Utilize the provided mentorship and structured onboarding to rapidly advance clinical reasoning, client communication, and business skills during your first 90 days.

Requirements
Eligible candidates must hold a current state license to practice chiropractic care.
Applicants must possess a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited institution.
You must have the legal right to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship for this position at the time of application.
Demonstrated commitment to client education and proactive health management is essential for success in this role.
You should be able to consistently meet the standards of care outlined within the Myo Framework and quality metrics.
