What you'll do
Conduct comprehensive initial and ongoing assessments to establish baselines and track progress for each client.
Design and implement individualized care plans that integrate chiropractic principles with modern physical therapy strategies.
Utilize advanced clinical reasoning to identify movement dysfunctions and intercept potential injuries before they escalate.
Apply precise manual techniques and evidence-based adjustments to restore optimal function and reduce pain.
Educate clients on proactive body care so they can confidently perform daily activities and pursue active lifestyles.
Collaborate with physiotherapists and massage therapists to deliver a coordinated, full-body approach to client wellness.
Leverage digital tools and documentation systems to maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the care team.
Adapt treatment protocols to meet the unique goals and constraints of clients across diverse demographics and fitness levels.
Champion the Myo values of clarity, confidence, and empowerment in every client interaction.
Support the growth of the local Toronto clinics by contributing to a high standard of clinical excellence and client satisfaction.

Requirements
You must hold a current Chiropractic license recognized in the province of Ontario.
You must possess a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited institution.
You must have the legal right to work in Canada without sponsorship.
You must have a minimum of one year of clinical experience in a chiropractic or physiotherapy setting.
You must demonstrate strong clinical reasoning and the ability to adapt treatment plans based on client progress.
You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain complex concepts to clients clearly.
You must be comfortable working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
You must be able to lift, push, and pull moderate loads safely as part of your clinical duties.
You must pass a criminal background check and provide professional references upon request.
You must maintain strict adherence to client confidentiality and professional ethics at all times.
You must be able to manage a high volume of clients while maintaining a high standard of care.
You must be comfortable using technology for documentation and communication in a clinical setting.
You must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet client demand.
You must comply with all health and safety protocols established by Myo and applicable regulatory bodies.
Nice to have
Experience working in a multi-disciplinary clinic environment with physiotherapists and other health professionals.

This is a contractor role with flexible scheduling across multiple Myo clinics in the Greater Toronto Area.
You are expected to respond to client inquiries and maintain communication with the care team within one week.
