You own the full clinical reasoning process, using your judgment to intercept injury and reduce pain for clients in the Greater Toronto Area. What you'll do
Assess and treat a diverse range of client needs using advanced clinical reasoning and judgment to deliver personalized care plans.
Deliver high-quality 1:1 sessions that intercept injury, reduce pain, and improve movement efficiency for clients of all backgrounds.
Utilize full-body awareness and proactive insights to help clients futureproof their bodies and avoid recurring issues.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physiotherapists, chiropractors, and massage therapists to provide integrated care.
Educate clients on actionable strategies that empower them to move better, feel better, and do what they love longer.
Maintain a high standard of professionalism and empathy to ensure every client feels seen, heard, and confident in their care journey.
Leverage expert clinical judgment to adapt treatment plans based on client progress and evolving needs.
Act as a brand ambassador for Myo, representing the clinic's mission and values in every client interaction.
Support the growth of the Toronto network by being available across multiple clinic locations including Cityplace, Yorkville, Liberty Village, PATH, Leslieville, Mississauga, Markham and Richmond Hill.
Build genuine connections with clients to foster trust, clarity, and long-term engagement with the Myo community.
Participate in ongoing learning and development to stay at the forefront of movement-health best practices and innovations.
Contribute to a culture of proactive care by sharing insights that help clients understand their bodies with confidence.
Demonstrate reliability and time management to ensure consistent availability for client appointments and team collaboration.
Engage with the broader healthcare ecosystem to promote Myo's vision of making proactive care a daily habit for everyone.
Act with integrity and accountability in all client interactions, aligning with Myo's standards of excellence and compassion.
Requirements
You must hold current registration as a Physiotherapist with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
You must possess valid professional liability insurance to practice within the Canadian healthcare environment.
You must have the legal right to work in Canada without sponsorship, as the role requires immediate availability.
You must demonstrate strong clinical reasoning and judgment to assess and manage a variety of musculoskeletal conditions.
You must be able to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds in English.
You must have a deep understanding of human anatomy, movement patterns, and evidence-based physiotherapy practices.
You must be committed to a client-centered approach that prioritizes education, empowerment, and long-term health outcomes.
You must be comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
You must be able to adapt to multiple clinic environments and workflows across the Toronto locations.
You must uphold the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and empathy in every client interaction.
You must be passionate about helping clients achieve their goals through proactive and futureproof care strategies.
You must have the ability to manage your schedule and caseload efficiently to meet clinic and client expectations.
