About the role
This position is dedicated to elevating the sophistication and efficiency of our revenue and sales operations through advanced HubSpot administration. You will own the configuration and governance of the HubSpot ecosystem, ensuring that data structures support scalable and predictable business processes. Your work will directly influence sales effectiveness by designing and optimising workflows that remove friction and unlock capacity. You will be the primary technical resource for the success and sales teams, translating business needs into functional solutions. This role requires a proactive problem solver who anticipates issues before they impact performance or data integrity. You will focus on reporting and revenue predictability, providing clarity that drives strategic decisions. Please note, this is a 6mth Fixed Term Contract with the potential to extend.

What you'll do
- Investigate and diagnose current state sales and marketing workflows to identify gaps and opportunities for automation within HubSpot.
- Architect and configure HubSpot properties, definitions, and associations to align with evolving business requirements and best practice frameworks.
- Design, build, and maintain complex automation workflows in HubSpot Sales Hub that streamline lead progression and engagement tasks.
- Develop and own dashboards and reporting structures to monitor pipeline health, campaign performance, and user adoption metrics.
- Perform data quality audits and remediation projects to ensure the CRM remains a reliable source of truth for revenue forecasting.
- Implement governance standards for lifecycle processes, ensuring compliance and consistency across user teams.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for HubSpot configurations, documenting processes and user stories.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather feedback and refine solutions that enhance the user experience within the platform.
- Lead testing and validation of new configurations to verify functionality and data integrity before deployment.
- Champion best practices for HubSpot usage, providing guidance and support to cross-functional teams on platform capabilities.
- Own the maintenance of custom objects and relationships to support complex sales structures and reporting needs.
- Analyse trends in platform usage and data to recommend improvements that increase efficiency and user adoption.
Requirements
- You must possess proven experience as a HubSpot administrator for a minimum of 3 years, with a strong focus on Sales Hub configurations.
- You must hold current HubSpot Certification as a non-negotiable hard bar for eligibility in this role.
- You must demonstrate a deep understanding of property and definition structures within the HubSpot ecosystem.
- You must have a track record of designing and automating workflows to solve complex business process challenges.
- You must exhibit strong analytical skills, specifically in the areas of data analysis and advanced reporting for decision support.
- You must show the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail.
- You must have documented experience in business analysis, including the translation of requirements into technical solutions.
- You must be able to govern CRM data integrity, ensuring accuracy, organisation, and actionability for revenue operations.

Requirements
- You must possess proven experience (3+ years) as an administrator across HubSpot Sales hub, with technical proficiency in configurations, definitions, and build best practice for leads to sales. HubSpot Certification is essential.

Practical notes
