About the role
You will learn and lead the Multiverse go-to-market playbook supported by an industry-renowned sales training curriculum and a true development culture that turns potential into performance. You will grow and manage a team of up to 7 Enterprise Account Executives, maintaining a hands-on approach by regularly joining customer meetings alongside your team to ensure alignment and insight. You will run trainings, prep calls, deal reviews, and QBRs to instill discipline and excellence in every opportunity. You will drive a culture of excellence and high performance within your team, celebrating progress and elevating standards continuously. You will report to an Area Vice President and run a significant book of business within our UK team, owning end-to-end outcomes. You will work with cross-functional teams including Customer Success, Business Value Consultants, Marketing, and Product to ensure we are providing and maintaining outstanding solutions for our clients that meet their evolving needs.

What you'll do
Conduct in-depth discovery with enterprise clients to uncover complex business challenges and translate them into tailored value propositions.
Own the end-to-end sales cycle for strategic deals, guiding stakeholders from initial exploration through to contract finalization and expansion.
Develop and execute account plans that map stakeholder ecosystems, decision criteria, and competitive dynamics for each target organization.
Champion Multiverse's methodology and content in every customer interaction, demonstrating how upskilling drives productivity, retention, and measurable ROI.
Collaborate with Customer Success and Implementation teams to ensure smooth onboarding, adoption, and ongoing value realization for enterprise cohorts.
Analyze pipeline metrics, win rates, and deal velocity to identify blockers and coach the team toward consistent quota attainment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level sponsors and key influencers, positioning Multiverse as a strategic partner in workforce transformation.
Leverage data from CRM and engagement tools to prioritize high-intent opportunities, forecast accurately, and mitigate risks in stalled deals.
Represent Multiverse at industry events, webinars, and client forums to elevate brand awareness and generate new demand.
Mentor Enterprise Account Executives on consultative selling, discovery techniques, and negotiation strategies rooted in real GTM experience.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion principles in every engagement, ensuring our hiring and impact reflect the communities we serve.
Support the creation of sales collateral, battle cards, and case studies that reinforce credibility and simplify complex offerings for buyers.
Partner with Product and Marketing to provide frontline feedback that shapes roadmap priorities and messaging clarity for enterprise segments.
Drive adoption of new tools and learning pathways within your team to keep pace with AI trends and evolving customer expectations.
Act as an ambassador of Multiverse's mission, demonstrating daily how tech skills unlock potential and create social mobility at scale.
Requirements
You have 3+ years of individual contributor experience in an enterprise B2B sales environment, consistently meeting or exceeding quotas.
You have 2+ years of experience managing a team of high-performing sales representatives and developing their capabilities.
You are data-driven and enable team members to manage large, complex deals proactively, using insights to guide decisions.
You have consistently demonstrated a track record of excellence as a top performer in previous roles and are highly achievement-oriented.
You are motivated by professional development and actively seek to learn from best-in-class GTM professionals and methodologies.
You are driven to raise the bar in personal and team performance, setting ambitious targets and holding yourself and others accountable.
You are adaptable, resilient, and empathetic in how you collaborate with colleagues and manage diverse teams through change.
You have the ability to communicate and teach complex problems and processes in a simple, clear, and actionable manner.

Practical notes
The role is full-time based in London.
The position involves hybrid collaboration, with the expectation to work from the office three days per week unless specific role arrangements apply.
Candidates must meet Multiverse's safeguarding requirements, including successful completion of at least a Basic Disclosure and Barring Service check.
